They do custom welding and basic welding fairly reasonable good people it always have coffee on

A week ago I spoke to Baker Welding about a customer bracket for my Camper to quote. I was asked to email them the design. Which I did. No response. Yesterday, a week later, I called and was told they had received the design but hadn't looked at it. I asked if they wanted me to bring the Camper by their shop for measurements. They said yes. I drove it over today and was told they didn't want the business. Too busy. That's their choice - but is there a reason Baker Welding couldn't take 5 minutes to phone me and tell me that? Saving me my time and effort? Baker Welding was discourteous and showed poor professionalism - thus a one star review. I was told there are five other welders in Baker - maybe call one of them so Baker Welding can learn some manners.
