We didn’t use them but I called to get 2 elevations from a job they did and they wanted a contract and to charge for the time it took to pull it up. I’ve been doing this for 15 years and know it would take about 15 min under the most unorganized conditions to get what I needed. Right before I called them I called a different company because I thought they were the ones that Put the hubs in the ground, though they weren’t, they tried to look it up for me no problem. My point, if you wanna get charged for them to go to the bathroom, hire them!
the balch creek trash rack at lower MacLeay park is hideous

They literally built the ugliest thing at Lower MacLeay Park. Looks half finished. No design concept. Just looks like a permanent construction site.

They are a great company to work with. They are professional with the right amount of personal touch. Very good at what they do. I highly recommend Emerio design

They designed our new Town home project for us in Downtown Portland. The plans were weak. No details. No support. We tried and tried to get answers and they refused to help us sighting liability concerns. They do not back up their work, Developers beware. I would not recomend this company.
