I did not meet with the installers Giovani and Juan as they installed the new gutters when I was not at home. The gutters look great and I no longer have drips leaks overflows etc. All seems great after 2 rains. Very happy. Sadly they left behind the Douglas fir needles from the old gutters. Am sure the needles just fell out while they took down the old gutters. They removed the old gutters. I appreciated Jeff’s time when he came to estimate the price. Had a cleaning and repair quote to compare to replacements - opted to replace as some of the repairs would likely have failed in a few years or sooner. Overall I am very please.

Alberto and Crew with All Surface did a great job cleaning our gutters and repairing our roof. They were quick to get a quote to us and get us scheduled. They even got us rescheduled quickly because it was too hot out which isn’t safe for the crew and any roof work may not seal properly when it’s too hot out. Appreciate that they wanted to insure quality work.

I received several bids from various companies for deck restoration (power washing/buffing/staining). Adam provided an estimate for the work and helped me to think through whether I needed to sand the decks or simply power wash them (before buffing/staining). He was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained options. I had a busy travel schedule and worked closely with Meghan to schedule to work (which was also dependent on weather). She was wonderful. Greg led the team to do the restoration work and he was AMAZING! He’s a very hard worker, provides a lot of attention to detail, and very reliable. I’m grateful to the entire All Surface team for their efforts. Highly recommend them.

Had an 18 ft. Sunsetter Awning installed .Awning was mounted to the edge of my roof. A lot of drilling, screwing and caulking. Everything went well. Jorge, Jose and Brayan were very professional . Even with 3 people who knew what they were doing ,this job took 2 1/2 hours. The product looks and works great . The initial sales person Jonathan Taylor was also very good. He showed us what was available, and we decided what we needed and he gave us a no pressure price. He even went over any manufacture rebates that would influence our choice in options. The fact of the matter is All Surface Roofing and Cleaning is the only official Sunsetter dealer/installer in the Portland area, so if you want a Sunsetter brand, you have to go through them. What's nice is, they are really good, from the sales, to the back office to the guys who come and install this bulky product.

Greg, Brayan and Cesar just completed a much needed roof and gutter cleaning on our home. They were efficient and thorough. They even sealed a couple leaks. Greg took the time to review the work order with me as previously agreed upon during the first estimate from Jason. Greg even made sure to point out a new possible French drain clog issue and helped install an extension I had in the garage. Friendly, honest and professional team. Our roof is very steep and most of the ladder access points are extremely challenging. They even cleaned up all the debris that was sprayed around. Worth every penny!
