It all went great until installation. The guys put the panel in the wrong place causing the door to be too small. A door was reordered, again, wrong size. Over 3 months later, we have a shower door. Hope it doesn't leak!

I am the owner of Beer Stop in Redmond. Sadly someone broke in shattering my front door. I called a few glass companies but they were all to busy to help me. When I called Fred at Alpine Glass he was very nice, helpful, and understanding. Although they were super busy he told me that he would come out and take a look at. He was there within a couple of hours and said he might have a piece of glass that would fit. Luckily it did fit and he installed it very quick. We were open for business the same day because of of Fred. I would recommend Alpine Glass to anyone. Thanks for all you did for me.

I called Alpine Glass Company to have 18 thermo-pane windows replaced that had failed after 20 years. Caitlin handled everything with one phone call and two weeks later I had all new glass installed. The installers were great, they had the job finished in 4 hours. I can now enjoy the view of those beautiful Cascades again. Alpine Glass you're the best! I highly recommend giving Caitlin a call for all your glass needs.

Alpine Glass recently replaced 22 windows in our home that had failed (23 years old). Wade and Taylor did an excellent job of measuring and then installing the windows. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner with an emphasis on quality. One of the new windows had a flaw which we would have easily missed. Alpine Glass has already ordered the replacement. We appreciated the honest hard work! Caitlin was very easy to work with during the ordering process. We had to make a few changes and she was very helpful and accommodating. We'd highly recommend Alpine Glass to anyone! Gary and Sally Winter
