I highly recommend Glass Daddy. Their customer service provided by Drew and Mark was wonderful. I had a broken window and a window where the seal was broken. Drew came out to give me an estimate and said it would take approx. 2 weeks to get the glass in. He was back to install in 2 weeks. He also took my damaged window screens in to be repaired. I am so pleased with the service that I received from Drew and Glass Daddy.

Drew is very professional and provided us with helpful information. Thank you also, Mark, for coming out initially to provide us with the estimate and ordering the parts to complete the job! This is by far the best glass company in Bend, OR. The service is extremely professional, fast, and straight forward. I called and they immediately came out and gave me a direct time they would be there so I wasn’t waiting around all day. They were able to give me an estimate right away and straight forward numbers and timelines for installation and repair that exceeded all other companies I was calling around in Bend. If you want to call a number and have a live person talk to you and actually have good customer service this is the place!! 10/10 recommend only going to Glass Daddy for your repairs! My broken window frfrightening situation and they have made me feel 100 percent taken care of! With everything I’ve been going through it’s so nice to have people I can trust to make the process a little easier! They got this window done so fast and it is flawless. They also were able to do this for me when I wasn’t even home, they locked up for me and also cleaned up all the glass on the inside and outside of my house which they didn’t even have to do. These people are extremely professional and trustworthy and have hearts of freakin gold. I legit went through the worst breakup of my life with my ex bashing through this window and these guys are the actual best people on the planet. Truly if you want someone who cares and is profession, timely, and ethical go with glass daddys!
