Color Tile delivered both superior products (Tile & flooring) and exceptional services from the moment I entered the store to the install of the product.
I was treated like a valuable customer despite my small budget. Katy Austin spent a lot of time giving me quality advice when coordinating the tile for the tub surround with the vanity tile and with the flooring. She gave me multiple options along with the costs. Chris also gave me advice about tile. He was detailed in doing the flooring measure. They knew I had a bad experience with another company and were willing to go above and beyond to make my project work.
When it came time for the install they made the arrangements with Matt, MP Flooring Company LLC. He and his assistant were just as impressive doing the install. They worked quickly, but paid close attention to detail, asked me questions, they respected my home, and they cleaned up after finishing the job.
Color Tile is the only company I would chose for tile and flooring. They actively listened and they made the experience stress free. They are knowledgeable about the products they offer and they truly care about the customer.

We recently had some new carpet installed at our home in Bend. Color Tile was great to work with. The staff was helpful and friendly. They came to install when they said they would. The installers were polite and friendly, and were careful and attentive during the installation. The final price was as quoted, no surprises! Overall, a very pleasant experience and we love our new carpet. Customer service does still exist!

This review is long overdue! We were assisted by Sara at Color Tile, she was amazing. Being first time homeowners and completely new to all things flooring, Sara helped and educated us every step of the way. We also never felt we were being upsold or overcharged. Color Tile had tons of options to choose from. We ended up getting new carpet as well as LVP downstairs. We were on a budget and had about a 5 week time window that we hoped to get everything done by, Sara and the Color Tile team totally delivered. The installers were also friendly, communicative and on-time. We may need to do further work on our next door unit and will, without a doubt, be calling Color Tile for any future needs. Thanks, team!

Highly recommended! My wife and I walked in and new after 5 minutes we were doing business with Color Tile. Sandra is way more knowledgeable then most. The customer service is top notch. Service you just can’t find anywhere anymore. Our hours are the same but they were willing to stay open longer just for us! We have a lot of home projects and will definitely be completing them with color tile..

Roy and Sandra were so helpful in getting the tile for our remodel. Colortile can get the same tile as other stores in Bend but with much better service. They stayed on top of things and let us know the status of our order. They made it so easy for us. We recommend Colortile as our first choice for flooring and countertops.

Fantastic group of people to work with, I'd recommend them to ANYBODY...and don't be confused by their title as they offer carpet, wood, engineering, laminate and essentially any floor covering in addition to tile. Unlike working with subcontractors in the Bend area, the folks at ColorTile take the time to help you out and make you feel like a priority, not an inconvenience. Roy, the owner, is awesome! And he won't sell you on stuff you don't need and offers great advice along the way. Sandra is an expert on all things flooring as well and is a joy to work with, she'll make you feel like family. Just a great group of folks that take the stress out of the building/remodeling process - don't waste your time at home depot or Lowe's waiting for an 'expert' to help you with flooring when you have a huge selection all in one store.

I've been to lots of tile shops in Bend and this place is by far the best! The staff are always helpful, I love working with Sandra. They are very knowledgeable and have the biggest selection of tile.

Super helpful, friendly and patient staff who always seems to have time to show me things and give me ideas that are trending. I have shopped elsewhere only to wish I had not wasted my time and had started with Color Tile! I will always recommend them first. Their building may be smaller than others, such as Cost Less Carpet and Tile, but trust me when I say bigger isn't always better ?
