I was looking for a replacement part for my hot water circulator. Nick was kind and careful and found my exact part with careful questioning from him to me. Good place. I had priced this on-line so I knew the price was good that he quoted. I wanted to buy local and know my part was right. Tamara
I was really disappointed in my experience with Consolidated. The in person interactions and selection process for my project were great, but delivering on the order was a huge failure. After several months of having selected the items, we were informed that many of them were out of stock right as we needed them for installation for inspections. Consolidated had several months of time to figure this out, inform us of any stock issues, and work with us on new selections. Instead, we were forced to scramble for 5 items–some of which were purchased elsewhere–and had to delay inspections and follow on work.
On top of all this, the shower valve they fulfilled was not thermostatic even though we specifically selected a thermostatic valve. Unfortunately this was installed by our contractor and went unnoticed until the trim was installed. Now replacing this with what we originally ordered likely involves tearing through walls and lots of money to replace.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I needed help with an older shower valve, and the guys were quick to find parts that would make it work again. They saved me from having to tear out and retile my entire shower. You guys are awesome, thank you.

We needed a bathroom faucet no one else in Bend had it in inventory. Consolidated had it, a very nice lady helped us and we on our way. Great to do business with.
