Great crew, even better services.
$730 to move a 9 Foot concert grand with a single weeks notice, very reasonable price compared to other quotes. One of the movers got sick so there was a bit of a delay to get more hands on site, waiting was quite worth it for they were a well oiled machine with the appropriate sized team. No issues with the instrument, she was babied and secured properly.
Anthony was the lead, I also had Adam and Wes on location. They should get a Piano “Tilter” to ensure longevity in their workers.
I’d run it back with this company in a heartbeat.
Thanks a million to Anthony, Carson, Robert, and Kristian for moving my concert grand piano! They were super professional, on time, and took great care to make sure it got out of the old house and exactly where we needed it in the new one. Moving this piano is always nerve wracking because it’s a specialty item and very heavy, but this team had all the tools, pads, and equipment to make it look easy! I highly recommend their moving services. Thanks again!

I'm the Realtor on this move job and sharing for my client. She's elderly and single. Paid $5,000 for a one way Madras to LaGrande, 26' truck. 3 bedroom(only 2 beds/dressers however) 1066 sq ft. She is not a hoarder, normal amount of belongings and no appliances, bbq's, or mowers. They left 1/2 of a pickup load of her belongings behind! She has no way to get them to her new home 4.5 hours away. The young men that moved her things were very kind, considerate and respectful, but to leave her belongings behind was unacceptable. I have never heard of that, and I won't be recommending this company. They weren't very timely, and arrived with no boxes, so I had to go get some. I reached out to the moving company owners to express my disappointment and we were offered no appropriate resolution to this issue.

Aweful experience with this company! Suppose to be there for us elderly at 10:30 am and got a call at 10:50 that they don't have 2 guys to unload our Uhaul office furniture and can we change it to the next day. No we can't, so us elderly unloaded what we can and so they sent 1 guy whichever my 74 yr old husband was the 1 guy partner to be his moving partner! So now we have chiropractor expenses on top of the lack that this company has! Don't book with them. The guy that showed up an hour late, not his fault! Jason is wonderful! He needs to go to a different moving company! Stressful day! Do not trust this moving company!

Anthony, Carson and Dominic went over and beyond every aspect of making my move as painless as possible.
We had a tragedy in our office space and lost my husband suddenly about five weeks ago. We have a company business and I felt our staff had been through enough with losing him and also my adult daughter and me (3 key players).
The guys came in, wrapped and packed professional and asked questions and helped to just make my life more easy. Anthony shared private stories to help me and my family along these difficult steps and was just the lost kind, vulnerable and class act that I’ve met.
Honest, hardworking crew and I highly recommend to others. I am absolutely feeling lighter after taking this giant step with them.

Austin, Don, and Carson were outstanding . Hard working and fast. Very careful with our possessions and quickly helped if we needed something moved a bit. This was just the first half of our move and we will certainly use On-the-Move Movers for the second half. We highly recommend them.
