Easy to self-schedule through their website overnight when our A/C gave out. They were here around 11a the next morning and fixed the issue on the spot. Appreciate the promptness as we are in the midst of a heatwave and have 6 days of 100+ temps coming up, and that they double checked (unbeknownst to us) and verified that we were still under a warranty which saved us around $150. Highly recommend.

Made appointment for cleaning between 2 pm -7 pm. Triple verified the time. I specifically stated I would leave work early so I could be there during this time frame. Technician arrived at 10:30 am. Barely any heads up and never attempted to call again during the scheduled time. Extremely frustrating. I do not typically have the flexibility to leave work so this sets me back in scheduling my next appointment. Would have appreciated better communication.

Excellent Service! There's no other business than Central Oregon Heating, Cooling and Plumbing as far as I'm concerned to help me either general serving of my Heating and Cooling system like yesterday or the big job when my watermain split under the house. The guys are friendly, thoughtful, thorough and skilled. These are my go to guys!!!!!

10/10 quick response to our need for an appointment. Chris the guy that helped us was so nice with our dogs, upbeat, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Took time to teach us about our AC unit. The whole experience working with the company from start to finish was beyond exceptional. Will for sure only be using them in the future!

I would recommend Central OR Heating and Cooling to anyone. I called in the morning and the gentleman who answered the phone was able to get a tech out the same day. The technician was there in between the hours that was given to me. Wayne was our technician and he was friendly, fast and professional. He fixed our furnace inside and had it working again in a few hours. He also installed a new thermostat for us. He had all the parts needed on his truck and was good at his job! We are very happy and satisfied with the work he done. The cost was reasonable for all the work he did, especially having to re-wire a lot of stuff.

I was very pleased with the work Central Oregon Heating, & Plumbing did on our heating unit. It was not heating our home, so I called them as a new customer and they sent someone the same day. The two technicians fixed the problem and also serviced our air conditioning unit in anticipation of summer. I really appreciated their kind manner, proficient work and reasonable charge. I will definitely keep them as our regular service technicians!
