Jake, owner of All-Ways Plumbing, does great work and he does a wonderful job establishing a professional relationship with his customers. The job was to fix our water heater, which he diagnosed and got it working rapidly. After the repair, it was great getting acquainted. He has lifelong roots in Central Oregon, went to high school in Bend, is a Navy veteran, returned to the area and it’s obvious he cares about his clients. I am happy to recommend him to our friends and neighbors!

Being without hot water is no fun. Our water heater died at about noon and I called Jake (the owner) and he was at our house by 4:00 the same day. He had a new water heater installed by noon the next day. I could not ask for better service. Jake and his wife are friendly and easy to work with. I’ve already recommended him to my son and would recommend him to anyone.

We couldn’t be happier with our new water heater! Jake and Elisa showed up on time, were courteous, pleasant and hard working. They function together beautifully - a well oiled machine. All of our inquiries were answered along with operating instructions and maintenance advice. It wasn’t long before we had the old unit gone and the exact water heater we wanted installed and up and running. We highly recommend Central Oregon Water Heaters . . . thanks again you guys, you’re awesome!

Jake was on time, on budget, and did great work. My mother-in-law needed a new water heater while I was out of town. Jake handled it all, from start to finish, in about 3.5 hours with no issues. Will definitely use him again when the time comes.
