Rusty was great to work with. He replaced our hot water heater and also helped us that same day with two unexpected problems. He was professional, courteous and also cleaned up everything beautifully when finished. I highly recommend him!!

Rusty was there when I needed him. Our hot water heater went out and Rusty was there in an instant. Our Home Warranty did not provide prompt service in our time of need so I called Rusty. He was over the next day and installed a new hot water heater. He was very professional and curtious. Thank you Perla S.

He is super knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and a kind human with a big heart. Rusty is a rock star of plumbing. I will call him every single time and would recommend him to anyone in Central Oregon.

Rusty is the only plumber I will ever use. He is completely reliable; and always professional in the way he handles his business. You can be sure he will listen to your needs and clearly communicate any issues that he discovers. The quality of his work is consistently outstanding; there is never any hint that he is cutting corners to get to the next job or to avoid doing something the right way. During a four year remodel of my home I was blessed to deal with many very good subcontractors but Rusty was the only one that was as meticulous about how things were done as I was. It took very little time before he had my complete trust. That is the highest compliment I can give.

He answered our call immediately, showed up when he said he would, and performed the work to the highest standards! We don't lavish praise easily, but Rusty truly deserves it! In a word, WOW. Rusty was a referral to us from our realtor. We had a number of minor leaks and faucet issues in a house recently purchased. I called Rusty at 8am, he called me back within 30 minutes, was onsite in 2 hours and done by the end of the day. Rusty was super communicative, easy to work with, and very fair priced. I've worked with at least a dozen plumbers before and he has been the best.
