I was desperate for a plumber when the kitchen faucet failed. The big box store had the product I needed, but not an installer for three days. Caring for an elderly was not going to be easy making meals and such without a faucet. I am so thankful Severson was able to send a super nice guy, so polite He even brought in a package that had been delivered before coming to greet me. Roger was a blessing and quick to remove the old one and install the new one, making sure all existing connections were secured. Fast, friendly and efficient. That's how I categorize this company. Now I know why they have been in business for 40+ years. Thank you so very much.
Great Service from the minute I called. Appointment was easy to schedule. Nathan showed up on time to clear a clogged line for my elderly mother. He was fantastic at explaining the issue and was able to get the line cleared after a failed attempt by another plumbing company. Nathan was a true professional. Severson Plumbing will be the only company I use moving forward.

This company and these guys got us out of a real jam! We had started a landscape project with a call to a different plumbing company who after 2-3 weeks never showed up. The day the turf was being delivered (and we had to leave town the next morning) we made a desperate call to Severson Plumbing. Jason reached out right away to his people in the field and Roger came out within hours. They were quick, efficient and fair priced using upgraded materials. And in this case considered how to set things up to make it easier for a single mom to deal with in the future. What a refreshing experience to be treated with so much respect and consideration. Thank you so much!! You will always be who we reach out to and recommend!

Roger was super great to work with, and quick to schedule our new shower/tub install. They got it done faster than expected and it has been great, no issues at all. Very nice guys!! Highly recommend Severson.

Great service! Our pressure tank ruptured leaving us with no water over the weekend... Couldn't get in touch with my usual plumber so I called Severson a little after 8:00 on Monday morning. They were out here in less than 2 hours and had a new tank installed and the water back on less than 6 hours after I called them. Still haven't heard back from the other company yet! Think I'll just save myself some time and call Severson first next time. On top of that, their pricing was fair and honest... no "same-day service" fees or emergency fees or anything like that. Just came out and got it done for me! Really appreciate it!

Great experience. Easy to get through to schedule work. Reminders by text and great communication. Roger came to the house for the work and was excellent. So kind, patient in explaining our issue and the fixes required. Work was done on time and at the cost quoted. Thank you.

Roger is the best plumber in Bend! He helped me with a last minute emergency plumbing situation that halted my small business from operating. He was so quick to respond, he showed up very quickly, fixed our problem immediately, and was incredibly professional and kind through the process. As a female business owner, he helped me feel empowered and very informed when he took the time to show me what he did. I stand by my statement that he is the best plumber in town. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone I know!

Everything went great. Install was fast and smooth. The company was real accommodating. Called on Monday and install on Thursday. Could not asked for more prompt and great service.

I had to have kitchen faucet replaced last year, but I wanted something a little different. Roger was amazing in giving me a few options and understanding I needed to think about it. I hate it when people people try to sell you some thing that you don’t need or try to rush you into a decision I never felt that way with this experience I ended up picking a faucet installation was smooth and affordable and honestly I look at that faucet every day and I’m thankful for the features that it has! Thank you Roger for your kindness, expert knowledge and helpfulness. I will definitely always call if I have a plumbing issue.
