We’ve been small business owners in Bend since 1980. In August at the direction of my landlord I called BCG to adjust our front door closer. I had to make an appointment for a month later because they were booked up. The technician arrived and explained that he had an emergency call down the street and that he would be back to adjust the door in an hour. I explained that it was no problem as my contractor had already fixed the closer. He thanked me and let. Today 3 months later I get an invoice for $195.00 after calling I was told that I have to pay because they scheduled a service call and that they dispatched the tech even though he was on site for less than 60 seconds. Sorry to see how Bend has changed. Seems we are just like the big cities over in the valley………..

Customer threw a brick through a sliding glass door at our business. I called, they were booked up. They then called back as they had a cancellation. They measured and boarded up the window. 2.5 weeks later the new glass was installed. With all the employment and supply chain issues I was really impressed with how quickly we were taken care of. The price was also reasonable. Very professional and great communication throughout the process.

Excellent service. Really nice field technicians. I used Bend Commercial Glass to replace windows in my business in 2006-2007 and they did excellent work. Just had another window replaced today and still superior service and ironically the same field tech from 10 years ago. Apparently a great company to work for too! Highly recommend them.
