I scheduled Eugene Gutter Service well in advance and confirmed the appointment ahead of time. No one showed up or called on the day of the appointment. I called multiple times and emailed with no response for days. After leaving a review online I received a call back that they’d be out the next day. They said the storm kept them from installing on the day I was scheduled. Note, the storm was after my scheduled date. They waited until the last 30 minutes of install to tell us if we paid with cash they’d take 10% off. We rushed to the bank while they complained about having to wait. They also missed an entire section of the house and asked for picture proof when I called them. They returned a couple days later to complete that portion. Did they remedy the issue of the initial review/complaint? Yes. Would I hire them again? Absolutely not.

These guys are truly fantastic! I recently hired EGS to replace two sections of gutter (one was 60ft long) and to clean out the rest. They were reliable, prompt, knowledgeable, and honest. They couldn't finish the job b/c it turned out the fascia was rotted and needed to be replaced. They helped me find the company to replace that, then returned afterwards to finish installing the long gutter. I wasn't charged for the job until it was 100% done. They left my yard spotless.

Communication was excellent with flexibility in the timeline between the paint job ending and new gutters installed. The job was done quickly and professionally with a high level of personalized attention to our requests. Exceptional customer service!

Eugene Gutter Service did a excellent job installing gutters on my RV port. They used quality gutter products and installed the gutters very securely to the RV port. I’m very satisfied with their quality installation. I will definitely use them again.
