Best most efficient company I've hired to replace my damaged roof from the ice storm that passed through our state 2024. Jason has great respect for his crew members and was very informative to me. I highly recommend Best Roofing & Waterproofing. I was experiencing a leak after the 2024 ice storm, and Jason came out and took video of all the parts of the roof that were failing. He caught all the spots my home inspector didn't see during the inspection the year prior. Jason took thorough video of each location, showing me where there was rot, or other damage. I was so appreciative of him providing thorough documentation. It made my decision to have the work done an easy one. I was in fact so impressed with Jason, it wasn't until the 3rd time talking with him, that I discovered he wasn't the owner of the company. He took such personal responsibility and had the professionalism of an owner. I highly recommend using Best Roofing and Waterproofing.

What a great company to work with. Their crews were on time, attentive to detail, efficient and friendly. They did a great job. We'd like to give a special shout out to Josh, who co-ordinated the project, and to Omar and Caleb who stuck with us through rain and 80+ degree weather to make sure everything was done right. We highly recommend them.

I am giving a 5 star rating to Jason Gerber, the head of Best, for doing everything possible to make things right for a customer. The company takes pride in excellent work and the price is competitive. I had two roofs done by them. After the first roof I ended up with some issues with crew and Jason went the distance to make me happy while supporting and training his crew at the same time.

A very large tree came down in the ice storm of January 2024 and damaged the roof of our house and garage. Of course all business were swamped with people needing repairs. We had to get the tree off, then a roof repair and ultimately the interior work. Best was recommended to us tho we had another company that we had worked with about ten years ago. Best was right on it. We got very clear estimates and they helped us deal with several options in terms of repair as well as making the front of the house look consistent from the street view. We actually handled this from a distance, a great distance because we were out of the country--but electronic communication with pictures of the estimates, the ability to sign documents and even pay electronically made this all very doable. They could have easily sold us a more expensive repair because we were concerned that the appearance be consistent but on one side of the house that really wasn't necessary. Their estimates included very clear pictures. I thought the price was quite reasonable. They were able to get the work going and finished on a very reasonable time line. It all looks great and we love NOT taking water anymore! One employee, Moi, went out of his way to clean up another part of our roof after a long day on a Sunday. I was so appreciative I tried to tip him but he refused it.
I would highly recommend Best Roofing and we will certainly use them again if we have roofing needs!

The BEST roofing team is literally the best. Scheduling was seamless and communication from start to finish was excellent. We ran into an electrical issue halfway through and their team devised a solution so there were no delays. If you’re in need of a new roof, this is the company to go with!

We'd give Best a 5 for their workmanship, professionalism & communication. I contacted & had 6 roofing companies reps to come out & look at our roof. All except one (Malakey rep & assistant) went on the roof to check for soft spots & damage. Jason informed me the flashings around 3 skylights were damaged & shingles needed replacement since the roof was original ('90s). At their new office we talked to Michael who encouraged us to go to Roofing supplies store to check out the shingles for 3 types of roof (Good, Better, Best). He also told us that they'll install other types of shingles besides Owen-Corning if we wish. We had to delay scheduling due to unforeseeable circumstances but they were patient. For Aug 6 date the workers started arriving between 7-8am. We left for the coast to avoid the noise. Apparently, they completed almost all the removal & replacement that day except they tripped the breakers & had to get a generator & ran out of some materials. When we arrived home early afternoon Aug 7 most the work was completed; the debris & equipment were removed. They finished a couple of hours later. The project manager Jerado showed me photos of the repair process & informed me that they found dry rot at 1 corner of the skylight which they repaired. They didn't damage the gutter covers that my hubby installed. Jason came later, got on the roof & inspected the work. He pointed out the pipes & skylights' edgings were painted to match the roof. He emailed me most of the photos. Now waiting for the warranty to be registered & emailed to me.
Pros: 3 types of roofing & prices, will install other shingles, 5 nails per shingles, clean up afterwards, fast & professional work, shingles & workmanship warranties, discount for military/seniors, accepts checks/credfit cards. Cons: none except they may be busy in summer so need to schedule early if on timeline.
Free pressure washing is offered by Best, via Nathan G of Wild Pony, who completed washing my driveway & part of sidewalk, 8/23. A very nice guy, did a great job, took about 2 hours. See photos below.

Had a new roof installed by BEST Roofing & Waterproofing. They were responsive when I requested a quote, came out 2 weeks later, showed up on time, and completed the installation in one day. The team that came out was very nice and professional. They did a great job cleaning up afterward and making sure there were no staples or debris in the yard or driveway. Roof looks great and haven’t had any issues. I also like that the warranty for the roof is transferable I care I want to sell my house down the road. Highly recommend.
