Wow! I had expert roofing come out for an estimate and what a waste of time that was. First off the tech that came out was very short and acted like he did not want to be there at all. Then after he was done with getting the information to write up the estimate he quoted me $23k!! For a 2 bed 1 bath house with a roof flat enough to ride a bike on. I got 3 other bids from reputable companies and all of them were between $10-15k INCLUDING repairing any rot that was found AND patching up a vent hole. Don’t let these guys get you!

The communication was "Great", because when we had a couple of issues that came up, Jamie jumped on it right away and took care of them, unlike another bigger company that we used last summer that lacked communication when something did come up. Tyler, the sales rep, was really good at his job and kept us informed also. I would recommend Expert and use them again!

Chris White from Expert Roofing came to look at where I had been having a leak in my garage. He was very methodical in his checking. Then he went up on the roof and spent 20-30 minutes. He could not find a source for the leak, but since it happened during the ice storm, he said he'd been seeing ice damming, which is when ice begins to thaw under the ice but the water has no where to go but down, finding the slightest hole or crack. This explanation made sense to me and also his other comments about my roof were truth . Expert Roofing has outstanding customer service, beginning with Debbie on the phone, and Chris was most polite and considerate. His communication skills are superb! A++++

I recently got a roof inspection and quote for a roof replacement. Tyler came out and did a very thorough inspection of my attic and roof when most companies i got inspections only did the roof. Gave me a very detailed explanation on what could be my problem of my leaking roof also did great job of explaining about their products he was very attentive gave me check up text couple days later. Even though i did not accept the bid due to budget reasons i would recommend this company.
