When I first moved in to my current home, I had to repair a window as well as order a patio door with a doggie door and a screen door with a doggie flap. First of all, I like that the business is family owned and local. Secondly, they are responsive and professional. Two years after ordering my screen door , I contacted them because my pets would not use the screen door as it had a black flap and it frightened them. I contacted Abee and Wayne the owner came out to inspect the door. They came out shortly thereafter and picked it up and delivered it once it was done. I, unfortunately had difficulty putting it back on its track, so once again Wayne came out and reinstalled it correctly. They replaced the back flap with a swinging screen flap and my monkeys are finally using it! In this day and age of declining customer service, I cannot say enough good things about this company: they are professional, they respond in a timely manner, they are sensitive to your needs and they back up their products! I highly recommend them!
They did a great job repairing our bedroom. Cost was reasonable. Outstanding service

Called ABEE about fixing a track and replacing the rollers on a sliding glass door. I was quoted $100 per hour. The work was done the same day, took 1 hour. The owner kept to the quoted price. Thank you! ?

Had to replace several windows in our 1970's era house. It took awhile to get all of the windows and they made sure the measurements were correct (several trips to do that). But they did get it right and worked hard to get some of our troublesome windows in better shape. Would recommend them.

I witness this company show up to a business to board up a window. The gentleman told the girl that it was costing $300 to board up a window because it was after hours and they had to call somebody in. But the sad part is the business that needed the window boarded up called the company at 10 in the morning. They showed up at 5:05 p.m. and that was there after hours. That price did not even include the window that will have to be put in when they get it. So disappointing rather disgusting.

I don't typically give Google reviews, but we had a poor experience with this company. I called in early July to schedule an estimate and they were booked a month out. The consultant came out to give an estimate at the beginning of August. They took down our details and said they would follow up in about a week. Two weeks later, no updates. I've called in multiple times and there's been no follow up. I had another company do a bid today, already signed, put a down payment, and on the schedule. I wouldn't recommend just due to the lack of response. It's possible they're busy, but serious red flags due to the lack of follow-up.

still waiting on windows, very slow did not arrive yet been almost a month ugh. windows measured 7th January, emailed them January 15 for status of windows. Response from Abee was do not know I ordered them let you know when I know something. Called today January 27, another person said let me check called me back and said they are not going to be delivered until February 22, this is terrible, poor service. Meantime freezing! Called back February 11,2021 this is insane, they probably will not install till march, 2 months to get my windows is a very poor business

My sliding door with a dog door in it was installed today, I'm so excited!! I love supporting locally owned & operated companies and am proud to have chosen Abee Windows Screens & Glass. The owner Wayne did the initial measuring, Stacy took my money and then Zack & Colin did the install - every single one of these people are awesome!! On a scale of 1-10, I give them a 12. This is not a product or service that I will use often, but if/when I need someone - I will be calling them!
This company is top notch, they are professional, engaging and they love dogs - my dogs loved them, boom - enough said.

I have been waiting 2 weeks since they first came to take a look and get me a quote and was finally scheduled just to be cancelled and advised it would be another week before they can even schedule me. 1 is the number of times they initiated contact with me even though I've been calling to check in and get an estimate of when I can expect to have this handled. I would have appreciated it if they had let me know that their idea of asap far differs from mine. I've had the front window of my home out for over 2 weeks and would be more patient with this if they had set expectations appropriately and called me back when they said they would.
