Ignacio and his team are fabulous. They installed pavers in our backyard in 2017 and the work was very neat, high quality and professional. Now in mid 2020 when some of the pavers sinked down(due to moles, mice who dug big holes under the pavers), Ignacio fixed them like new for a small amount of money even though we were out of the 3 year warranty. Thank you Ignacio. We would highly recommend IV Landscaping for any backyard projects big or small.
We called this morning and since they were close by stopped by and immediately took care of our irrigation repair issue. We are considering some other changes to the system and will definitely use IV.

Ignacio and his team did a phenomenal job landscaping my backyard in Hillsboro. When he came to my house for the quote, he provided design assistance on the shape and border of my lawn. In addition to laying sod, they laid river rock and removed a small, dead tree. We discussed fixing a broken fence as well. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with how everything turned out! The crew was also efficient and respectful.

We were looking to level out our backyard to make it more usable and after getting numerous quotes we ended up going with Ignacio and IV Landscaping due to their impressive example projects and VERY competitive pricing. Ignacio and his team installed a new retaining wall with a fence, leveled out our yard, adjusted our sprinkler system, installed new sod, and then did two concrete extensions on the side of our house.
Ignacio and his crew were very professional, honest, and easy to work with the entire time. Ignacio was always willing to answer my questions or explain things when needed. There were no surprises in the billing process and he completed the work in a timely manner. I'll definitely be using him again if we do more landscaping work in the future and highly recommend him and his team!

Ignacio was wonderful in responding very quickly to my online inquiry about a PVC pipe in the backyard that we had dug up with a crack in it. He arrived the next morning and had it replaced in about ½ hour. Highly recommend and will be using for any of our sprinkler services in the future.

We had a small underground irrigation leak develop a few months after we moved into our home. I called Ignacio on a Saturday, and he came out the very next day to do an assessment. Once he identified the problem, he came back a few days later at the scheduled time and installed new valves, which even included some unexpected digging. They've worked like a charm, no leaks in 2 months (since he replaced the valves).
Ignacio has a great attitude, is willing to explain the problem and give options based on different cost levels, and is a hard worker. If I have anything else come up, I know who to call.

After reading all the positive reviews online, I decided to call IV Landscape and get an estimate. Ignacio was prompt in calling me back and scheduled an appointment. He was straight forward, well informed, and patient in addressing all my silly questions. The estimate he provided was well documented and captured only those items I was looking to complete and nothing more. Ignacio never attempted to up sell me or suggest items I wasn't interested in. His asking price was more than competitive and reasonable. He was the third estimate I had gotten. I quickly made up my mind to go with him and scheduled a date. One of the things I appreciated about Ignacio was that he was onsite for the majority of the job working side by side with his crew. I had a drip irrigation system installed, which Ignacio patiently explained how it operated. I will definitely use his services again! :)

I highly recommend IV Landscape. I contacted Ignacio for our annual backflow device testing. He came out the very next day. Being new to our home, I also contracted with Ignacio to inspect our irrigation system for a spring start up. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He tested and diagnosed all 12 zones. When I asked for recommendations, Ignacio suggested replacing the timer with a more up to date version, resulting in more efficient use of power and water. Good call. Ignacio was very respectful of our home and property, and charged a very fair fee for his services. Thank you, Ignacio!

We had a sprinkler system put in the front and back yard. We also added sod to our back yard. Ignacio and his team were great. Took about 4 days. We were very pleased with his work and attitude. He also helped us get a refund from the Water Company. "Sweet" And he threw in a free banana tree, which is growing beautifully! I would highly recommend Ignacio and his team. They are great to work with. He is a man of his word! Our yard is beautiful.
