David came to house and got all 20 Hunter Douglas auto blinds tuned up and working. He was friendly, timely and expert on the blinds. We are having him do an upgrade to lithium batteries.
ALKO PDX window coverings is a very professional business. David and Omar were very courteous, reasonably priced and arrived on time and delivered as promised. We will definitely use their services again.

We had a large wooden slat blind, that would not open, repaired recently. David was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Our blind was quickly picked up and returned within about 5 days. It works perfectly now. The pricing was very reasonable. We will use this company again if we need any more repairs.

We appreciated the excellent service we received from ALKO. David has repaired and cleaned all of our wood blinds. He is very knowledgeable about the repair, the cost, and the length of time the services will require. I was given an invoice at the time of service as well as sent an electronic receipt.
I have also ordered Hunter Douglas blinds from ALKO. Their prices were competative, were perfectly installed, and received in a timely manner.
David and Amalia were professional and answered all of our questions. We enjoyed working with them and received excellent and prompt service.

Could not have asked for a better service! They were professional, very nice, price is reasonable, turn around service was good and on time and they even put up temporary blinds so we didn't need to "do" the hanging the sheets thing! So appreciated that! We will definitely be doing business with them in the future and gladly be telling others about them! Keep up the good work you guys!
