Communication, Flexibility, Integrity, and Quality
At first, we made the mistake of passing over CS1. We chose a smaller, lower cost guy contractor who promised at lot for our fairly small and unique drywall/paint remodel project. Soon after, we hired CS1 though, after our first pick turned out to be all talk. WE ARE SO GLAD we hired CS1, next, for many reasons.
Their communication professionalism and flexibility in working with our unusual project stood out to us as a level of dedication to customer service with integrity that is hard to find these days...
1) CS1's owner showed up on site to assure everything was clear and in-line with our intentions, communicating superbly with us at the beginning, middle, and end.
2) CS1 used an online project management system which offers thorough documentation and access. The system is in a class far above most of their competitors. If they continue implementing the systems full capabilities and assuring users understand it, its communication value pushes them towards being genuine super-stars.
3) Our project had unexpected changes and unique twists that they allowed, going above and beyond to flexibly meet our needs as best they could. We were glad to pay additionally for them to add scope of work items, and they were very fair in pricing. No gouging was seen, at all.
4) Quality of work great and never a disappointment. We got absolutely got what we paid for...
Overall, we feel this company is significantly above the average. If you factor in their flexibility for our unique project's challenges and changes, then we give them ABOVE just the 5/5.

CS1 Real Interiors, Inc. did a wonderful job on my drywall work after a recent waterline break from the winter weather.
The person who came out "Jovani" was very prompt at arriving on time, very detailed in his work and the finish product was perfect!
However, after the work was completed and in good faith I paid in full same day. A week later I've been asking for a receipt to give to my insurance company. I question their Accounting dept.
However, as noted their work is absolutely great!

Horlando and Ivan were truly FANTASTIC to work with. They were extremely professional, responsive, efficient and affordable. As soon as I reached out to Horlando he was in constant communication with me to make sure I knew how much the work would need to be done and how much it would cost. We had a small area of dry wall that needed to be fixed and many contractors in the area would not prioritize our work because it was "too small." Horlando and the team at Real Interiors treated me like a valued customer from the beginning. When it came time to make the repairs the team treated my home like their own and protected the rest of our house from debris and dust while they made the repairs in truly record time. I would recommend this company over and over again. Don't wait to hire from this trust, talented team in the contractor / builder space!

We had CS1 come had handle the insulation and drywall installation and finishing for our bedroom remodel. They're still great :)

Best drywaller finishing I've ever seen.
The CS1 team did the drywall install, taping, and finishing for my new detached office. We went with a modern smooth finish that turned out awesome. They also did a great job cleaning up the jobsite, drywall is messy but the jobsite was nearly ready for painting when they left.
While installing our lights, our electricians made a mistake and put some holes in the wrong spots in the ceilings. CS1 came to my rescue and came back out to patch the holes in the brand new ceiling. Cannot even tell they were here.

We had CS1 repair a hole in our ceiling. I'm so glad we used them. Valerie was our first contact and she kept us informed of the process. We never had to wait for a call back or wonder what was going on. We had a project manager, Stephanie, assigned to our project that stayed in touch with us throughout the process. The crew that did the repair, Lucio and Ivan, were punctual, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our home. They had to put up scaffolding due to the high ceiling and made sure they protected the floor and everything else while the work was being done. They even wrapped up my chandelier. The repair is perfect and even I can't tell where the hole was. They matched the texture and paint perfectly! It's like it never happened! I would highly recommend them. They weren't the cheapest bid, but I'm sure they were the best! I cannot be more pleased with their work.

My project manager, Stephany, was a great communicator. Listening and responding to my concerns. Every one of the work team showed up and applied themselves wholeheartedly. Lucio, the prep and clean-up man is a charmer. Always happy and positive.

CS1 took on a complex basement renovation job involving soundproofing and unusual perimeter insulation/studs. Horlando was a fantastic supervisor, making sure everything got done correctly and even coming out and doing work himself when needed. Stephany was a pleasure to communicate with and navigated tricky scheduling with great skill and care.
CS1 did not hesitate to fix some issues discovered by subsequent trades even after being paid in full, which for me speaks the most highly of them. It's almost impossible for any trade on a big job to get everything right the first time, but so few acknowledge that reality and are happy to make the effort until everything is right - CS1 is one of those rare businesses!
This company really cares about doing the right thing but also achieving excellence in their scope of work. They rightfully take pride in their Level 5 finishing and their final results are outstanding. Highest recommendation!

CS1 did an amazing job walling and installing a new doorway in my home to create a more private guest space. Stephany & Horlando were quick and communicative on the project. I plan to use CS1 again for my future remodel plans.

CS1 was the only sheetrock contractor out of five we contacted that was willing to do a level 5 finish coat on our interior walls. The entire crew was professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves throughout the multi-day project we handed them. The estimate we were given was reasonable and they stuck to it. Horlando and his employees are the best: responsive, efficient, friendly, and competent. I recommend them highly to anyone who asks.
