It took longer than the set time frame of 8-4PM but that was understandable since it was the first hot weekend of the year. Josh was my technician he was so nice and understanding. He explained things to me in a way I could understand, and my house is no longer 90° so I’m one happy girl! They’ve been great both times I’ve used Sky.
Cody Marco came out to fix our HVAC. After first determining the electrical was in order he discovered the refrigerant was depleted. On careful searching he found the leak. A fitting has been ordered. Summary: excellent troubleshooting techniques.

Torsen was promt, polite and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me and it was very helpful. He gave me a better understanding of our cooling system and how it interacts with google nest. I am very appreciative of his help.

Always my first call for service needs. The company always gets someone out to address my issues quiker than most service centers, I have gone through. I feel like this company puts customer service and quality repair as it's top priority. My local service rep, Josh Waud is awesome. He is always friendly and respectful of my time and happy to answer my questions and educate me on the work done. As a female with zero familiarity in the heating and cooling world, it's nice to feel like my service agent is transparent with me. I will continue service with this company because Josh has done great work on both my AC and furnace. But has also secured my trust in his craftsmanship and his advice to help me keep my equipment running as needed. I appreciate having a service repair person that listens, finds solutions, explains my options and makes the repairs without trying to sell me on stuff I can't afford or don't need. Thank you Josh and Sky for all the help.

Ron did an awesome job servicing our furnace. He went above and beyond explaining what needed to be repaired, and replaced. He was extremely patient when I needed to consult with my husband on next steps to resolved our furnace issue. Thank you, Ron!

Torsen was fantastic. Comprehensive service, very nice and courteous. The company put a lot of care into their selection and training and it paid off - found some issues with our system that were noticed for years. 5 stars hope Torsen gets a good tip and look forward to working with him and Sky again

This company and its employees are amazing. My family will recommend them to everyone.
We lost our heat source for almost 3 weeks and shopped around. But sky heating and air conditioning came matched a quote from someone else, and installed 2 days later. They were courteous and polite. Showed me how everything worked and got everything done in one day. Will definitely call them for future help and send everyone we know that needs it their way. Thank you guys
