Glass was fine and cut per my request. I did not like the 4% Surcharge for using my debit card. This is not a convenience fee. Bill is profiting off me using my debit card. I can understand a 2-3% fee for using a credit card as Visa and Master card charge the vendor these fees to use their service, however debit is essentially cash and the vendor is not incurring 4% fees from to use those services. There are other merchants who cut glass in Medford, I'll use them next time.

Ordered some glass for my coffee table. After breaking it 3 times and having to reorder 3 times, lasting well over a month waiting time, they refused to return my money. When I finally received the glass nearly 2 months later, it was measured wrong. I'll never go there again, should have listened to my father's initial warning about them.

I had a few old, metal windows that needed replaced. Bill's Glass was able to schedule a quote quickly. Once they got the windows from the manufacturer, they were able to get those windows swapped out fast. Josh did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, and did great work. He was there for the quote, the install, and a follow-up. For the back office, Stormy kept in contact with me. She got me scheduled and kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend them!

I’ve used Bill’s for multiple projects over the years and had always had a good experience. Today’s visit was no different. My truck developed a small leak on the top seam, so I stopped in to see what could be done. Not only did they come inspect it within minutes, they also patched it up in a matter of minutes, and told me there was no charge. Good people and businesses do still exist, and this is one of them. Highly recommended for all of your glass needs.

Really terrific service on my windshield at the Medford location! Called a couple of days before and got my appt. very easily. Everything was smooth, seamless and the windshield looks great (after 23 years with multiple cracks!) I felt a little bad for the front office staff whose office is basically IN the waiting room, so they had to hear our (the customers) animated conversations, with no escape...If only they knew someone who works with glass and could install a separator between office and waiting room...?
