We recently had a custom home built in Grants Pass and went to Bedrosians for kitchen, bathroom, and utility room counter tops; and tile flooring for the two bathrooms. We received excellent customer service – friendly, competent, efficient, and caring. Shawnette provided guidance and advice from the materials used to the design. Our entire experience, from start to finish, could not have been more positive. We ended up with beautiful quality counter tops and flooring – they could not have done a better job. It was a really great experience.
Our Tile contractor uses Bedrosians for most of his supply. Quality tile store.

They have some unique and beautiful tiles and stone. Color matched silicone was backorder but that's not their fault. Pickup and loading went well.

They were so friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of granite. It wasn't easy picking only one. It was a great experience!

I was greeted with a smile and friendly" hello how may I help you". The employee took care of each of my questions and I left with the information. I had come in for. Thank you for the amazing customer service.

I was very impressed at the Medford location. I received excellent customer service from Seneca, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also the prices are affordable and great quality. This store has the best selection in the valley! I highly recommend!!

We found exactly what we were looking for and so much more! Seneca was absolutely amazing with us -- attentive, knowledgable, and she listened! She gracefully tailored her guidance based on our desires. We're planning to get the gorgeous granite countertop we went in there for, and as much of everything else we need for our home!

We really enjoyed the ability to see the products in large slabs in order to make an informed choice. Staff were helpful and we left feeling confident that we had found what we wanted in the array of materials available. It was interesting to learn where the products had originated and details about them.
