The whole staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are also more reasonably priced than some of the other tile stores around.
Vickie is great to work with. They have tile you can’t find anywhere else. They know their product and make invaluable recommendations. Highly professional, great customer service. So grateful for this business!

My husband and I are very happy with the staff/owner of Bennett's Stone & Tile . Great service and lots of ideals for us to consider before choosing a tile . This is an amazing store and they go out of there way to help you . We are buying our bathroom tile and shower flooring from them !!

Had to return some tile and the guy at the counter said, There’s going to be a 35% restocking fee. I said, at the bottom of my receipt is says, 30% , oh ok. No big deal, I new there was a restocking fee of 30%. Then the guy says, your going to have to pay for shipping. I said, how much is that? He turns to the lady and she says, I think around $55.. I said to the guy, where does it say on my receipt that I have to pay for return shipping? The lady points to the bottom of the receipt and said, it’s a special order. I said, there’s nothing there that says I have to pay for returning shipping? The only thing it said was, X-no returns on special orders. I didn’t sign that spot where it said that. She said, we never have anyone sign, yet I’m returning a special order? I understood that I would pay 30% restocking fee when I purchased the product, but no where did it say I would pay for it to be shipped back, it was like pulling the shipping price out of the air. I realize this is a business and you would think the 30% would be enough to cover their time and shipping, GREEDY.

The customer service is excellent, the selections from inexpensive to top-of-the-line are extensive. Vicky's design help was invaluable in the tile and paint selections for two bathrooms! I give them the highest recommendation!
