My overall opinion of EleMar Granite is that they’re rude, and condescending. As younger people and new to the home building process, I feel like they treated us in a manner that was on the edge of degrading. The selection was great however, if there were more places in Southern Oregon to choose from I would probably take my business elsewhere strictly because of their snobby demeanor. I understand that our 2k in granite probably means nothing to them but what started out as a fun and exciting endeavor ended in me feeling like an undervalued, joke.
They didn't have time to show me /pick the slab I wanted out of the 3 they had. So I went somewhere else better that treated me as a customer and not another soul in their business.
The young lady there needs some customers skills in her resume.
Their showroom was pretty neat and organized though.

Great place for countertops!!! The tall young man was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

This is the place to go if you are searching for a fabulous selection of granite slabs or marble for your fabricator. You can wonder around with awe at their selection. Friendly and very helpful folks that work there. I made three trips to go back and recheck the slab for paint and cabinet choice and they always accommodating.

Also, a thank you to the 2 warehouse men who so patiently helped us with 'moving slabs' to ensure our final selection was what we truly wanted. We love our new granite counter-top!

Brittany was our main contact for this project and she was such a great help. She focused in on exactly what we wanted by asking all the right questions. She brainstormed ways to make it all fit our budget and showed us great options. The whole team there -- Jennie & Steve too-- were kind, patient and ready to help. They matched us up with a great fabricator that was able to do our job almost immediately. Big box stores would have made us wait months. What a great experience. Don't go anywhere else for stone slabs in Medford, Oregon.

I went in to look for a slab. One of the owners said that they would be right with me. As I was looking, a young woman with black/brown hair approached me and gave me the 3rd degree about whether I had a fabricator. I told her not yet and that a friend referred me to them. I was planning to use the one they used. She told me that they would not sale to me and that I needed to get a fabricator. I will get a fabricator and we will not purchase the slab there. Say goodbye to that $5,000!!!

First impressions are very important to me. Compared to the other granite countertop supplier in town we had visited earlier, this place felt very restricting. Simple questions about pricing and availability were met with resistance or went unanswered. The selection of products was mediocre at best. The place did not feel very welcoming and the atmosphere felt somewhat empty and sterile. On the bright side, the person who helped us really knew a lot about granite.
