Jeff and his team are super professional and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job on repairing our dated patio. They repaired the broken and loose tiles, added R11 anti-slip new tiles, and replaced all of the grout which does not need to be sealed. We absolutely love our updated patio and highly recommend Columbia Rive Tiles & Stone to anyone looking for a quality work.

Quality and craftsman work, great process end to end. New tile to replace our failed cracking slate front steps and porch. Jeff and team helped guide the scope of work for bidding, lead us thru the process of selecting tile (outdoor rated materials) and grout and got the project going. The installers were very skilled and courteous, they gave us several options for layout. The project tracked right on schedule and the finished work looks fantastic.

After conducting some research and talking to a few contractors and tile companies, we approached and finally selected Columbia River Tile & Stone, and are truly happy that we did! Wow! What an amazing experience! From the time we initially contacted Jeff Occhipinti, the company’s owner, to the time when the shower remodeling was completed, our experience has been nothing but utmost customer delight. Jeff got it all! Not only is he a Certified Tile Installer and Advanced Certificate holder of the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation, he is also a Five Star Accredited Contractor of the National Tile Contractors Association. Moreover, he is an excellent communicator and an outstanding leader who created an amazing team of certified tile installers. Adam, Brandon, Julio, Patrick, Mike, Justin; all were skilled, talented, and dedicated craftsmen who paid extraordinary attention to their work. The fact that they were fun, kind, courteous, punctual, and extremely clean and respectful of our interior certainly represents an added benefit of working with CRTS. Of course, we cannot end this review without mentioning Jeff’s ongoing communication and guidance, his fair and competitive pricing, or his exemplary project management skills. We used Columbia River Tile on our recent Counter Top Project. Crowley's Granite concepts recommended them. We are very happy with the work done by Columbia River. Jeff was very responsive in terms of turning around quotes, scheduling the project and keeping us informed as the work was being done. They arrived on time as promised and completed the project on time. We chose a diagonal pattern in our tile back splash which requires more detail in measuring, cutting and spacing.
