We replaced 12 ancient wood windows in October 2023, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We worked with Matt to create the initial quote. Matt recognized some potential pitfalls, and so brought in Sean, who had worked extensively with our HOA before and knew their (strict) requirements. Sean's knowledge helped ensure we got architectural approval on the first try. (!)
Enrique led our installation, and we were delighted with the results from his team. Our old windows had lead paint, so we stayed in a hotel while his team worked. Enrique kept us up-to-date with phone calls, and in rainy October weather, still managed to finish a 2.5-day install job (with lead paint protocols) a half day early. The work was pristine, with no changes or touch-ups needed.
I replaced my back door and the side door to my garage. Not the largest job, but they treated me like it was. The doors they recommended are very nice, and they found some ways to make it a bit more affordable for us. Everyone from the office staff to the install crew (shout out to Rueben and his team!) was pleasant to work with.

Excellent work. Couldn't be happier. Both Sean and Kyle did an outstanding job with our house windows and slider installs. very professional. Total improvement to our home. I would recommend Lifetime Windows and doors to anyone looking to have their home re-done.

We just got new front doors from Lifetime. They came in a little less expensive than other local options and we're happy with the results.
Kai and Yuri did a GREAT job installing the doors. They did great work and we're friendly along the way.

Recently purchased a vinyl sliding door from Lifetime W&D
Getting the quote from John was excellent. He was well prepared and didn't try to oversell us on more than we wanted. He was also very patient with me about a week later as I asked for a few more quotes on a couple of other products (eventually settled on a Milgard black vinyl sliding door).
Purchase and install was really straight-forward and we were kept in the loop without my needing to check-in (appreciated). The install by Kyle and Zack was also really excellent. They were quick, cared about keeping things as neat as they could, and made sure everything was good before leaving. They did really excellent work.
I had a really great experience purchasing from Lifetime, and would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for vinyl windows or doors (plus the newer, thinner vinyl products look really nice, just as an aside).
Thanks LIfetime!

Lifetime installed a 5x6 picture window on my house. The installation team of Kyle and Zack out of the Company's Salem location. These two individuals were courteous, careful, and competent. Additionally, they displayed a rare professionalism, attention-to-detail, and dedication to a job well done! They are a credit to themselves and to Lifetime Windows and Doors.

We sized down 2 of 3 of the windows in our kitchen to accommodate a new layout for an upcoming remodel. We are really happy to have found a product we love, with beautiful wood interiors that will look at home in our 1950’s house (after some stain) and nice sleek dark exterior frames. The guys were great, they were friendly and did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Can’t wait to do the rest of our house now.

This is my second experience with Lifetime Windows and Doors...again another positive experience. Tate sales rep and installers Kai/Damon. The folks at Lifetime, kept me updated to the timeframe of the install and once the two windows arrived, scheduled me immediately. Very happy.

The salesman was very professional. He sold us on his company. After we paid half so the windows could be ordered was when it all broke down. Communication was nonexistent, no updates, so we didn't know when our windows would arrive. When they were ready to install we were given very little notice. My husband had to take a day off work, but that was fine until the installers were a no call/no show on installation day. We had to reschedule for a week out. Fine. After the installers left we found damage to our walls from popped drywall nails and scrape marks in the drywall from their ladders. I communicated this damage to the company. No response. I wrote them a letter. No response. Be aware this company will happily take your money but will likely not follow through on their side of the agreement. Litigation is our next step.
Update: I was contacted by the company and steps were taken to correct the previous damage done. A worker came to my house to repair the damage. He repaired part of it. A partial refund was also given as well as a gift basket. In the end I am left with damage but was refunded enough to pay a third party to repair it.
My advice if choosing to work with this company: make sure to carefully inspect the completed job and withhold payment if they leave behind damage. You will have more leverage in getting it repaired in a timely fashion.
