Booked a 4-hr window to inspect & clean both my furnace and AC units. Both are older units that have been working fine, but I like to have them checked annually to hopefully avoid any problems later on.
The office called to confirm when Jason was on the way and even texted his photo to me. He showed up right on time, was very friendly, professional, and patiently answered my many questions.
I purchased one of their yearly service programs (for less $ than other companies' quotes to just do a single maintenance check) that covers both units for the year with discounted service rates. Hopefully I won't need to have any repairs done, but I'll definitely be calling them again for my annual inspections.
Our A/C crapped out and was inspected and serviced today. This is the second time we have used this company. If I could leave 10 stars I would! I can’t say enough about Jason our technician. He explained everything thoroughly (and patiently) to ears that have little understanding of HVAC systems. Thanks so much!

Jason was very thorough, respectful, and informative. He didn't pressure us: just explained what he found, the age of our machine, and our options. I have used them twice. I like this company. I would ask for Jason again.

I have used Ben’s Heating several times over the last 6 months on multiple projects. They are timely, professional and do high quality work at a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing heating or air conditioning work. ??

Jason was a very good technician. I will ask for him if I need another repair. 5 stars for him. We have had the furnace and heat pump for 4 years now and this was our 5th service call (that was a hint). If you do business with Ben's, I recommend you ask for Jason.

I struggled in figuring out the right people to call for my ac/heater unit maintenance, and ended up calling Ben's Heating. The experience has been supr comforting from the moment i started speaking with Kristin, until the moment Donovan, explained all that is going on with my unit. Such great and dependable people, I recommend this company for sure.

If I could rate Ben’s Heating greater than a 5/5, I would. My wife and I have been with Ben’s from the time Ben headed the company.
My first experience with Ben was when we bought a new heat pump and it failed due to a factory defect. They did not want to replace it and Ben went to bat for us and we got a new pump and he personally installed it.
Have watched the company leadership move from Ben to son Clyde and now led by Tim (grandson). I met Tim when he was doing maintenance work learning the trade.
Through it all Ben has exceeded for these reasons.
1. When you call an actual person answers the phone.
2. When there is an emergency a “real person “ answers to help you. Our furnace failed in March early am, called Ben’s and they had a team here within 90”. Diagnosed the problem, failed fuel injector, they left to go get the part, returned and replaced it and heat back on by noon.
3.Jason and Donovan were here yesterday to service the AC and clean the dryer ducts. Arrived on time. Great work. Also worked with Tyler the last service and he was great too.
4 And finally all of Ben’s staff must meet a “nice person” criteria as have never encountered a staff who is not very courteous and friendly.
So need a HVAC company, call Ben’s. You will not regret it.

Jason was great. He called when he said he would and showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and professional. What I liked most was that he did not try to up-sell me on more expensive products/services. He gave me prices and respected my decisions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They have no idea what they’re doing. There are air leaks on all the ducts they touched. They can’t even cut zip ties flush. They left my gas line loose and flopping around. There are exposed wires. My heat pump isn’t on stable ground. They left my crawl space open. I had another company come out and look at what they told me was I should of hired professionals. I would never recommend them to anyone.
