Ordered a new commercial grade toilet as current toilet is backing up and not flushing properly - need new one ASAP and had install scheduled for Friday. They shipped the bowl via Fed Ex, and there was absolutely no packaging/padding inside the box. They basically threw a bowl in a box and this is how it arrived. Spent 1100 and regret all of it. Could not get anyone at corporate on the phone (was #29 in queue) and local office transfers around to VM and manager still has not returned my call - not impressed at all. Will not be returning to this shop, or recommending to others in my communities. UPDATE: the replacement bowl was also broken at the base and I had to refuse delivery after inspection. I would encourage folks to look at other options. Another local plumbing supply company shared that they never ship toilets via FedEx or UPS as it almost guarantees breakage. Ferguson has done nothing to make this right and is making me jump through hoops and wasting my time to get refunds and arrange pick up of remaining parts - they simply do not care and seem to care more about the bottom line than customer satisfaction. Order from Home Depot, inspect there and save yourself time, money and stress.

Over the last year we worked with Ronnie Alkofi at the Portland Ferguson Gallery. Oh my goodness --were we lucky to have come in contact with her!! She was incredibly knowledgeable, with quick response time and directed us expertly in picking out our stand-alone bathtub and all of our beautiful fixtures. She made sure to respect our budget and recommend the best products for the money. The shipping from Ferguson's was incredibly quick. We will continue to purchase our fixtures from Ronnie and Fergusons in all our upcoming remodels. Thank you.

Chris was fantastic! We scheduled an appointment with him to help with our project in another state. From the moment we met him we felt at ease. He was very professional and his knowledge helped us make quick decisions to finalize our selections and complete our project. Thank you Chris we had fun!

I went to Ferguson to see if they had shades for the pendant lights in my kitchen, as I was seeking a fresh look. I had read the reviews and knew they were not highly regarded, but I visited regardless because they are only a few blocks from my home and I figured at worst I could get some information. I was greeted right away and I explained my needs, showing the rep the photos I had taken. He told me I would have a near-impossible time trying to find replacement shades because manufacturers do not publish specs about the fitter size (he did not use that term - a relevant detail later) of shades and I would basically be reduced to a trial and error method of buying shades and then hoping they would fit. I left feeling disappointed, to say the least. Within a few minutes of returning home and searching the internet, I found Schoolhouse, a Portland company/store that is actually located just a few blocks away from Ferguson. They definitely advertise the fitter size (a term their website taught me) for their shades. A few more minutes on Etsy revealed that even independent, home-based manufacturers of pendant light shades publish the fitter size. So either the Ferguson rep did not know what he was talking about (a theory supported by his ignorance of the term fitter size), or he was not interested in helping me (I am a person of color, went in with a couple days' worth of stubble, and my project was admittedly small - $240 for the three shades at Schoolhouse) and fed me a story about how difficult it is to buy replacement shades to get me to go away. Either way, I am never going back to Ferguson.

We visited this showroom just to see our options in person, not necessarily intending on purchasing, but Ronnie was so incredibly helpful that we ended up buying everything we needed through Ferguson. She quickly answered my hundreds of questions and worked with my oddly specific preferences over a series of several visits and emails. Ronnie is a wealth of knowledge and a delight to work with, and I will gladly return for future projects!

We were looking to do a bathroom remodel for our house and went to all the plumbing supplies stores in Portland, this is one of them. I seriously loved the selection they had, very upscale and beautiful! Pricey but I believe in the quality. We were very lost in what we were looking for, we had some specs but not everything, so Mark Springer at the store helped us realize our vision and he was so amazing at what he does! Recommended the right vanity, color, and faucet. We finished our renovations and it looks FANTASTIC. We could not have done it without him!! Best service at a store that we found!

I’ve never seen such a huge selection of kitchen and bath appliances. We must have sat in at least 12-15 bathtubs (that’s what we came for) and we loved all the great kitchen displays (gave us tons of ideas for future projects!)

Visited the showroom for the first time. Lots to look at and plenty of fancy options for bathroom, lighting, and kitchen. I had heard the store people weren't very friendly or helpful, and another customer even commented on this to me when I lent him my tape measure, but I thought the folks at the store were friendly and when I needed help I was able to seek someone out who answered my question cheerfully. This isn't where to go to find a bargain, but a great place to go to be able to see and touch housing fixtures and get ideas.
