tried to place an order but what was I told: send an email for the order, then she try to find out which type of item i needed but i didn't know they were different types, she said there are so many types. So.I was thinking....how am I to place an order if I don't know what to order ....she then said that i would have to send an email that she has so many customers and that was that. I guess this customer isn't worth trying to find out and help. wow and not even can I put you on hold or call you back. They must not need business so I will take mine elsewhere. horrible horrible customer service
