Great experience start to finish. Consult was helpful and the wait time wasn’t too bad. Can’t beat the warranty they offer and no questions asked replacement. We love the blinds - so clean and crisp and also so easy to operate. No more child safety issues or tangled cords. The black out blinds have been wonderfully effective in bedrooms.

Tracy was wonderful to work with. She was punctual, friendly, excited to help me with our windows. Made some great suggestions on how to meet our goal and stay within our budget. I had an estimate from another company a week prior. Told them I have a budget and what I wanted, when the sales rep from that company gave me the estimate it was what I thought was reasonable but I couldn’t do all my windows. Tracy came in and explained to me all my options and educated me in the various shades and operating mechanisms, costs and installation process. She gave me a quote 6 windows and a patio door, (this is what the first quote included) we didn’t include the blinds that you could pull down because our windows are very tall. (My first quote included pull down shades for 5 windows.) Tracy showed me the numbers and what she quoted me was almost half the price of the other company. I was shocked. I had 4 more windows I wanted to do so I had her include those in the quote and all windows being done was almost $1,500 savings from the first company with only doing 6 windows and a patio door. I will highly recommend Tracy and Budget Blinds to anyone who wants to get window coverings for their house.

We recently purchased new windows and required new window coverings. I had a Home Show discount for Budget Blinds and scheduled an appointment. Jeremy demonstrated extensive knowledge in the field, and his recommendations aligned perfectly with our requirements. He offered to return and remeasure after the windows were installed, which proved to be crucial as the measurements indeed changed. The installation team worked efficiently and assisted in setting up the Smart Home motor. We are highly satisfied with our new blinds and stationary drapery panels.

Wendy was our sales rep. She's got a lot of experience and was able to help us narrow down our choice for shades during the initial appointment which included measurement. This was a real time saver. The estimate seemed a little high until I compared it with other options. Even compared with big box options because we wanted certain functionality (top down and bottom up) and some windows were fairly big it was actually less to go with the custom blinds that fit our windows vs multiple blinds. In addition the Hunter Douglas PowerView shades work well and the controller (you also have an app for customizing and automation) works as advertised. The blinds look sharp and when fully open they allow us to view the entire window which is why we got these nice big windows to begin with. They have tons of fabric selection and having someone come out to your house with a full selection of products and colors was a welcome change from driving to multiple showrooms - after our whole house remodel we're glad not to have to do that any longer. The installation crew was great. They came out beforehand to double check on the skylight measurements (but after discussion we skipped them) Again Wendy was great so removing those from our order was easy and just part of putting our needs and preference before the sale. Ryan and Carson installed the shades, adjusted everything carefully, reviewed some things on the app and controllers and were careful and respectful. We had looked at another custom shade / curtain shop nearby and stopped at Budget Blinds because they were nearby..... Thanks for a great sales experience.
