Cutting Edge Custom Cabinets were responsive from start to finish and great to work with. We toured the facility where we met the team making our cabinets. Our project manager, Cathleen, has excellent customer service skills. She was available by email and phone responding within minutes. Her design skills brought creative solutions to meet our unique remodeling needs. Cathleen and Roland came onsite several times and helped us problem solve as needed. The installation crew was professional and thorough. From start to finish we felt supported and we are extremely satisfied with the finished product.
The folks at Cutting Edge Cabinets are my heroes! I first got my new red oak cabinets for a kitchen remodel in 2016. For real wood, they’re gave me a great deal, especially after all of my demands for a custom stain color. They use high quality materials and hardware. The cabinets held up perfectly for eight years until water damaged forced me to deconstruct the entire kitchen. Imagine my happiness that the cabinets survived severe water leakage almost completely without failure! We were able to salvage most of it, then they kindly rebuilt the sink box and reinstalled the whole thing at, again, a very reasonable price which my insurance can cover. Roland and his son Noah run a tight ship and take great pride in their custom builds and fantastic installs. They care about their customers and their products which is a boon to every homeowner. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I have recently retired as a small homebuilding company, and I'm catching up on long overdue things like rating good contractors I have worked with over the years. Cutting Edge was certainly one of them and found them always to be responsible and timely doing whatever they said they would do for me. Christina was who I primarily worked with, but all the others I had interactions with were equally excellent representatives of the company. I am guessing I worked with them for more than a dozen years and one just wouldn't keep going back if they weren't taking care of like I always was. Thank you for the years of good service.

I am so impressed. Carlos is wonderful and very knowledgeable. He was helpful in the design process with suggestions to make my kitchen better. He also is a perfectionist. He did not like the first set of 20 doors that were put up and returned with an entire new set of doors to replace. I don't think many other people would operated like that. If I ever do another Kitchen Cutting Edge and Carlos would be my #1 choice.

I've used CECC, Inc on more than one occasion and have always found them to be responsive and professional. Good turn around and quality installation. They were installed unpainted so I had my painter put the finish on them. Customer service is top notch and always return your calls or emails!

They came and helped me design my kitchen layout and design. I started out with someone else that my contractor used and I was not happy. Cutting Edge was recommended to me and it was the right fit from the start. We are super happy with the process and finished product. My contractor was not happy I switched but has since requested my contact name and number from Cutting Edge Custom Cabinets. I highly recommend them. It has been 2 years and I LOVE my kitchen!!!

Absolutely zero accountability exhibited by this company. Not only were cabinets delivered of the wrong dimension, they were also missing specifications that we talked in length about (no bead board backing and soft close hinges until I pointed them out as misses).
New cabinets had to be made which extended the duration of the project which I the general contractor had to absorb financial repercussions for with ZERO compensation from them to help right the expenditures of the project. After second cabinets were made, they were rushed (which was shown in the finished product such as blown out nails, mis aligned face frame etc.) and still a critical aspect of the design were flagrantly missed. Pictures detail the work. Face frame needed to be tucked into a groove in the stone work which was explicitly detailed from the outset of the project.
This company is quick to send an invoice, even before the product is fully installed but plays the finger point game for days/weeks without any haste for a solution besides threatening to lein my customers home.
Clients had to compromise on a horrible experience with this company plus all of the aspects of poor execution while no compensation was offered what so ever. CECC still charged full price and asserted they do great work and that without sending anyone to even set eyes on the project they were fully preparing to execute a lein for non payment.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
