Britany Knutson is a delightful person to work with and J2 Consulting is a class act!
The most unethical company who hid documents pertaining to the safety of a family home. These people had no idea what they’re doing, we ended up suing them after constant lies. They even ignored our calls and emails when we called them to speak on their false reports. This company is immoral and unethical with a high turn over rate. Do not use this company under any measure

Well, I don’t normally leave reviews. I believe that this is one that is well earned and meets the highest level of business care. These consultants worked with me on a project, even though it was out of state. We exchanged dozens of messages through social media they entertained pictures videos provided accurate consulting support for contractors in the area and guidance about how to take care of my home. I felt well cared for understood and no time did they pressure me to do expensive or pricey. Add on options even though it would be me and even though it made sense. If you’re looking to have a set of experts understand and help you protect what is likely the number one investment in your life look no further these gentlemen and women know their business and are simply world class.

In my opinion they are terrible. They “consulted” for an issue with our condos, spent the cost of a nice car for it, even used them as experts in a lawsuit with the builder. Settled on an amount based on their “expertise” saying it would cover the costs for sure. Only to get a bid FROM THEM for twice what they said they could do it for. In my opinion they are as shady as it gets be very wary.

J2 provided biased opinions for a project in our community. They ware pushing hard to get us in a project costing almost $60k per house (these are small townhomes). They were not reasonable to support a smaller solution for the project. This created a big mess in our community with many people fighting between them. J2 failed on their recommendations, methodology and support. Don't recommend this company at all.
