I have worked with Erin Morand, one of the Floor and Decor designers, at the North Portland location, multiple times, on multiple projects! As an interior designer myself, I typically come in, pretty decided on what I'm looking for, but I was so thrilled to work with Erin, to brainstorm aesthetic options and discuss which products were best suited for my specific projects! She has an incredible eye, she is detail oriented and considers the varied components and materials needed to be completely prepared for a project. She is extremely attentive to the needs of her customers, and asks really helpful and clarifying questions, ensuring that she completely understands and can meet the needs of her customers. What I valued most about working with Erin, is that she genuinely cared and was eager to do her very best to make sure I had everything I needed for a fabulous outcome! She did a wonderful job and I look forward to working with her again soon!!

She opened my eyes to a whole new look for our guest bathroom and helped me find an amazing marble, and penny tile for my niche. She suggested a grout that never needs to be resealed or any future maintenance. Amanda was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! What a great Father’s Day gift. We’ve had such a pleasant experience getting tiles at this store. Everyone we talked to was helpful and kind. When we ordered tiles, they helped us load them up into our little car and let us pick them up in multiple trips. When we finished the project, they let us return the excess tiles with no fuss at all. Overall would definitely recommend!

We were recommended to this store by our contractor for an upcoming bath full remodel. What a store! Place has everything. We were there Memorial Day to take a look and purchased a few items. Customer service was outstanding! A young man (I believe his name was Travis) was incredibly polite and very helpful. That kind of customer service is rare these days and we will definitely be back.

We are new to Oregon but not to Floor and Decor. I was disappointed to find there was only 1 F&D in the state and it would take me 2 hrs to get there but it was worth the trip. My husband and I just bought a home and are remodeling some areas to update it and make it our own - this project was our fireplace wall in our family room. Floor and Decor is nice because of the many options in one place and on display on a large scale. I find it hard to get a good idea of what something will look like when it’s just a 8x10 photo or only a single tile or stone. We have done a few tile/ stone projects ourself and were ready to take on another. Whether you are a DYI-er or have a contractor doing the work you should definitely check out what Floor and Decor has to offer. The sales associate and designers are so helpful and knowledgeable about products and what you need to be successful and the products are quality.

If you need tile, this is the place. Forget Lowe's and Home Depot, they're a waste of time. Floor & Decor has every kind of tile you can imagine, and all the supplies you need to install it. I was in today and an employee named Karen went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for, as well as counted an open box for me to make sure they were all there and went to get more when a few were missing. In the grout aisle, there was another employee making sure everyone had what they needed. 10/10 help from knowledgeable staff. I've already used this place for 2 tile projects and planning a third!
