Try to order already 2 weeks. Bad communication, rude person Bob try to forward again and again. No hi or hello, really feel like person doesn’t want to work or tired to answer on phone calls.

If you own your home buy quality fixtures here not the cheap big store fixtures that last a quarter of what quality faucets do. Made to last with less calls to the plumber to repair the leaks.

Stopped by at 2pm (Tues). Walked into a staff meeting. Very awkward. No one said hi despite 2 employees being within a few feet from me (I'm standing just inside the front door). After a few min of hearing sales numbers and feeling like an employee I decided to leave. It was only then someone told me it would just be a few more minutes. No thanks. EDIT: Because of the reply I got to my review, I decided to try stopping by again since I work a couple minutes away). Went by about a week later and received great service. I'm not a plumber so I thought I'd get an impatient representative with a bad attitude (my usual experience when going to electrical or plumbing supply stores who cater to professionals). But the guy I spoke with (Paul, I think) was very patient and helpful. Changing my review to 5 stars.
