I purchased a toilet from here and spent about a thousand dollars on it. It had issues flushing from the moment it was installed. The fill valve in the toilet would sometimes stall when flushed and fail to initiate the toilet to fill back up, and the toilet was missing a rubber gasket in the box. The plumber and I called this store and they deferred responsibility and said call Kohler directly for assistance as they are just a showroom. Kohler customer service was not helpful in resolving my issue and they were rude to the plumber I was paying to try to resolve my issue. A guarantee or warranty is useless if they make it so difficult to navigate and impossible to use. The plumber said this is fairly common from their interactions with Kohler customer service. The toilet, not even a year later, still fails to refill intermittently after flushes and I have to open the tank to tap the fill valve down to initiate the refill. I do not recommend purchasing products here and I do not recommend purchasing from Kohler.

We have had the pleasure of working with this store since 2007. We have had an account with this particular supplier since thae time when we walked into their store front and established a customer relationship. Being in the real estate industry, Keller has been an intregal partner in our business endeavors and remodels. Phenominal customer service, knowledge of their product, prompt responses and attention to detail are at the top of the list. Nisha Evans in particular is so present on the phone and knows her product knowledge. This store is all about their clients which a a rare occurance these days. We highly recommend Keller Supply in Portland, Oregon.

As a first timer on remodeling a bathroom (or any part of a house) I was a little overwhelmed to say the least. But I walked into this store and met Nisha Evan was extremely helpful and highly valued throughout the process. Particularly with helping me navigate tight deadlines with my contractors and obtaining my sinks and fixtures in the time frame I needed. Nisha was great with communication and so helpful with researching options and putting together the right package for the needs and requirements I had. She was easy to work with and very personable while being professional. I'll never forget that she offered to drive my sink part way to my home in the gorge to help me out with delivery timing! She was really willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!

Kara was incredible! She was professional, knowledgeable and brings a design eye to the project. We love the Stillness line that we used for fixtures, and shower heads. She was prompt with her response time and was a master at problem solving. I will start here with future projects and remodels. She simplified our master bath/closet remodel!

We went to this store today and really enjoyed it. We are shopping for new toilets that flush better than what we have, Kara was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also asked her about bidet function in a toilet and she pointed out to me that it is possible to just buy a special bidet toilet seat lid and attach it to the toilet that we chose. I am very happy with my selection.
