I used Smoove Movers to move me out of my apartment, and had a great experience! Our last move from Texas was a traumatic experience with a different company, so we were very weary of using movers, but Smoove Movers helped give us a very positive experience this time around. They were on time and very efficient, and very careful with my belongings. I was moving my stuff out of a moldy apartment into a storage unit, and had some specific requests on how the stuff needed to be handled to minimize the contamination since I'm extremely sensitive, and they were very patient and accommodating. A few small items were left in the truck after they left, but someone brought them back to my apartment for me. I really appreciate them giving us a good experience this time, and will definitely use them again on my next move!

The worst moving experience I’ve ever had. They were 2 hours late and there is so much damage to my walls. Obviously moving there will be a few marks here or there but every room, stairwell, and wall has a mark. It’s a new build so it’s easy to know that it was the movers. There was also a spilled can of paint and the movers tracked it into the house up the stairs and down the hall. I get accidents happen and I’m not mad about the paint spilling on my boxes but you can control tracking house paint onto brand new carpet. I spent 2 hours scrubbing it and had to pay $700 to professionals to get it up and I’m still finding paint foot prints. When I told them about it they did even attempt to make it right. They also left a bunch of stuff at the old house I told them 3x to bring over. Save yourselves the headache and go with another company.

The two employees were professional, efficient, and clearly stated their start and ending times. They were very careful with our furniture (even though it is “oldish”). They worked as a team and amazingly fit everything into 4 U-haul U-Boxes. We wish they were available to unload 1,200 miles away! Thanks.
