They finished the job today, cleaned up nicely, and left me some stain. Jorge's, Uriel, Victor, Jose, Gerardo, and Alejandro were very efficient while working as much as 40 feet in the air. There were multiple movements of many ladders on a steep hillside to apply multiple coats of stain and caulk the windows. The crew seemed to really want to do good job. They sang and whistled while they worked and were good company. They were respectful of my plants and garden. The company contact was very helpful with matching stain colors and keeping me informed. She came by every day. I would hire them again.

This project was not the typical painting job. But the painters were up to the challenge. First, they had to remove a lot of old metal storm window frames and prep before paint could be applied. And there was high ladder work to reach the second story windows. Working on an old Victorian house in a historic district can bring a surprise or two. That didn’t faze this crew. Last, but not least, they turned an ugly, beat up front door into a beautiful sight for us and future house guests. I wouldn’t hesitate a second to again hire Veenhuizen Painting and the crew we worked with on this job. A special thanks to Jorge. Everyone made sure communication was open and we often discussed what we wanted and what we didn't want. Our experience with Veenhuizen was amazing from start to finish! We hired them to refinish and re-paint our old cabinets and most of the kitchen. Cindy was great in meeting us from the start and explaining how the process would go. She was spot in when she said this could take over a week… our cabinets were layered with poor pain jobs and most of the kitchen as well. Max and Eduardo worked diligently and meticulously for 6-7 days. They spent about 2-3 days scraping sanding and prepping and it was so needed. We also had new hinges from our cabinets That made them not fit well, and the guys cut them to size by shaving a little off—you wouldn’t even know they did this! They both were so communicative, friendly and accommodating, and most importantly, focused on every detail. We had a few colors and they got placement and execution right for everything. It looks fantastic and we are so grateful we hired Veenhuizen! Thanks Cindy, Max, Eduardo and Fernando!

We had an extensive exterior house project and the team at Veenhuizen did an excellent job. I received numerous quotes and their pricing was fair, especially given the varsity of the project. We had our house painted, along with trim, and the wooden eves were treated for mold and stained. Fernando was the project lead and he did a great job reviewing all the details and communicating each step of the project with me. He was very responsive, accessible, polite and made sure the project stayed on track. Ramon, the team lead, was also great to work with. If I ever had a question, he got back to me pronto. Ramon and the team worked hard and did a great job, especially given the complexity of the job. I highly recommend Fernando and Ramon, they are stellar guys who know their trade well and our house looks amazing.
