Axiom is a great pest control service. Their customer service is wonderful. I just spoke with Ashley on the phone and she was so helpful and kind. They come every couple months to treat your house, and will always come back if there is a problem. Definitely recommend to everyone!
I see many reviews that complain about the door to door salesman being pushy and dishonest. My experience was nothing like that. The salesman that came to my door was clear to point out the cancellation fee and he also had someone at their office via phone call make sure i understood the details of my service. I've just had my first service today. The person who did the work was very helpful and friendly. He seemed very thorough. He was ready and willing to treat any areas I had concerns about as well as the inside of home but I chose not to at this time.

I just signed up for Axiom pest control services with Joseph and I'm so excited for the first treatment! Joseph was very friendly and informative. Great salesman! I look forward to seeing less spiders and wasps in the near future. I also love that the products are pet safe - that was a huge selling point for me.

I am extremely pleased with the exceptional service provided by David W. He did an outstanding job in treating my property, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and expertise. His attention to detail and thorough approach have made a significant difference in addressing our pest issues. Sid was very personable! He listened and addressed everything I was having problems with after my initial treatments. It was one of the hottest days this year, it didn't even seem to faze him. He was kind, through and a pleasure to meet. Thank you guys for trying to rectify and install trust in your service. (I had a bad experience with the quality of my first service) I still had ants, spiders and yellow jackets. I feel so confident in this company and customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. Mahalo, Sid, you helped restore my faith in humanity.

We didn’t end up signing up for the pest service. We just don’t really need it… but I wanted to commend the salesman Jay. He came to our door & was a wonderfully engaging, an excellent communicator & awesome conversationalist. It’s not easy going door to door but Jay did it with ease! He was so nice to our son as well. He definitely should be congratulated but his superiors! Great job, Jay!

It seems rare these days to receive exceptional customer service.
I recently had the privilege of speaking with Richard at Axiom to make a change in my service time.
First, he answered the phone in the most wonderful, upbeat, joyful way that it both took me by surprise and delighted me. How often does THAT happen?
Then he continued the entire call with this lovely energy. It was a delightful call and I so appreciate this man.
My service needs were addressed and my day was happier and lighter because of the way this call was handled.
