We primarily chose JKC because of their reputation with siding repair, and they did a great job. High quality materials used and quick work. Choosing the colors for the exterior painting was harder than we’d anticipated, but the renderings Bonnie provided were a big help. We highly recommend.
Joe and his team are amazing. They do great work, pay attention to detail and listen to what you want. The siding and painting team were amazing and walked us through the entire processes. All our questions and concerns got answered. I highly recommend Joe and his team!

We had the best experience with Joseph Ketner and his entire team and cannot recommend them enough.
We were in need of new siding for our 1900 Craftsman home as well as a rebuild for our front porch which wasn't properly supported when it was originally built many years ago. Along with these two projects we also decided to add a new front and back door, replace a few outdated windows, add additional insulation, and rebuild our back mudroom.
We interviewed several contractors for this project and made the easy decision to go with JKC. We immediately felt comfortable with Joe and appreciated his low pressure approach as well as his confidence in taking on our project. His bid came in right in the middle of the other bids and we felt it was fair for the amount of work we needed done. The entire process was smooth and the whole team was immensely helpful from start to finish.
With a project like this there will always be a few surprises that come up along the way and when they did we felt they were handled professionally and efficiently.
I must give a special shout out to Steve for his expertise and dedication to our project. He was always available for questions and made sure our project ran smoothly. He rebuilt our front porch himself, built a beautiful new handrail for our front steps, and put in extra hours to make sure our entire exterior was sured up and stable before the new Hardie plank siding went up. We are so grateful for the attention to detail and care he put into our home. We now feel like our home is not only gorgeous but well protected and ready for years to come.
I would recommend JKC to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again if we ever need any additional exterior work done to our home.

Joseph Ketner Construction just finished our new portico and we love it! Steve and Caleb did a fabulous job. The project was completed quickly and well. They are true craftsmen who care about their work. The whole project exceeded our expectations. I will not hesitate to recommend them!

Joe is honest and very easy to work with. His quote wasn't the lowest I had, but I got great value for my money. His crew are very professional and highly skilled, and when they are not rushed, do very meticulous work. I'm highly satisfied with every aspect of the project, including the final result. Everyone in the neighborhood tells me that our house looks fantastic. I recommend Joseph Ketner Construction, and would hire them again without hesitation.
