Greg and his team were great! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Answered all our questions and explained the process. They did both upstairs and downstairs with beautiful results!

SFW Construction was absolutely fantastic. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, and helpful. The guys who did the work did a great job, explained everything as they went, and told us a couple things to be aware of when we get our door fully installed. We will definitely be working with them again the next time we need dry rot fixed.

SFW was a great fit for our porch project and they were flexible in helping support just a portion of the project. I planned to do some of the work myself but definitely needed help with the structural elements. SFW came in, added two beams, and helped reframed the existing porch. We also had a minor hiccup with the billing and their customer support team was great. Would definitely work with them again.

They came-in with a quick and fair estimate, didn't try to upsell me on anything or convince me to do things I didn't want to do. The work crew was great -- did a very nice job of blending the work on two main elevations of the house with some previous siding work. They even accommodated a late-breaking change request. Everything went according to the plan they laid-out, no surprises. Happy with with the work, would hire again for sure.

Scope of Work that was done: New siding on the entire south wall of our 1890s Victorian; install insulation; new fascia/window trim; repair drip edge around the house; repair painted-over original windows and make them operable again; remove old gutters (Not part of construction scope but also happened: paint the whole house + new gutters). Given the scope of this work, this project required a lot of coordination and attention to detail. I am SO glad I chose Jay from SFW. From the first day of meeting Jay (project manager), the quote we received was reasonable, all communication was prompt and efficient, and that's not even getting to the actual crew that performed the work. People, ASK FOR GREG! He was a consummate professional. There is literally nothing else I could say. He was extremely efficient, on time (which is important when you're getting billed by the hour!), and performed work that actually saved me money--any other guy could have easily done things the long way, Greg was no-nonsense. In 1 day he (and his guy) demoed the entire wall, and in 2 days I had new siding on my house (Total was 4 days to do the fascia/trimwork and other smaller items; see pictures). I could kiss his hands at the expert, efficient, and professional way this man treated my house. Also, Jay was extremely prompt and communicative, came out to the site the first day to ensure a good start, and after the construction phase, he handled all the coordination of paint preppers, painters, and gutter guys. OVERALL, for a project this size, we were glad that we only were 1-2K over budget. BUT, SFW also didn't nickel-and-dime us, and ate some costs when paint prep took a little longer than needed. That built a lot of trust and confidence. So, overall rating = Amazing. I don't think I ever felt so glad handing over this much money to a company, but I am so glad I went with SFW. This could have been a nightmare but was a dream--Jay is my guy now, and I'll be contacting them to re-do our porch in about a year from now. TLDR: The pictures speak for themselves.
