I have mixed feelings about my six replaced windows. I like the actual windows themselves over all. The sliding screens and ease of opening are nice. I don’t like that the screens cannot be removed to be cleaned. I hated the fact that the openings were not measured correctly and also that I was not told they are not made for sloped sills so they have a large spacer on the bottom and lots of wide excessive caulking all the way around to make up for the poor fit and lack of sill angle. One of the windows was installed out farther than the rest and it took many months to get someone out to remove and reinstall it. Now I have smaller windows with excessively wide trim area around them with lots of caulk to maintain - a look I am not happy with. I bought and personally installed Lowe’s windows on the rest of my house over a decade ago. They work and look great and cost way less. I thought these expensive, professionally install windows would be worth it… they aren’t.

The workmen/installers were prompt, professional (but very nice) and did not leave a mess for me when they were gone. The windows are gorgeous and the screens are practically invisible. I love them. I was afraid I'd need to touch up paint in each of 4 rooms, but not a problem. There is no damage to my house. Nothing but positives about the whole process.

Very disappointed and would never use Champion again. We purchased our new door on 5/30/23 and after delays and issues, it was not installed until 3/29/24. 10 months for one door was frustrating because nobody seemed to care or keep me in the loop with any ownership of the issue. But, as soon as the door was installed, I got daily phone calls, text messages and emails to receive the final payment. We even received more messages AFTER we made the final payment in their system to get our confirmation # for the transaction. The systems were so poorly linked, they couldn't even recognize we paid and stop the daily texts, emails and phone calls? Where was all of that interest in completing a task while we were waiting nearly a year for one door? There are plenty of other companies to choose from that offer similar products that would be better for us to work with next time.

We got quotes from 4 different companies, including Champion. We went with them because their sales rep, Dustin, was a very down to earth, real person. The install team was on time and very efficient. They were done in one day. Very friendly crew. Great cleanup and great job. One thing we did not expect and were really blown away by was how quite it was in our house after the install. Before we could hear everything passing by. After it was a cemetery. We had a couple of minor issues following the job and they were immediately responsive and took care of it. We highly recommend them.
