Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Rude, no help, and acted like I was waisting their time ..... buying $2,200.00 of windows. Have, bought here many times but that was the last. They aren't the cheapest and their service is as bad as it gets. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Sad that I have to leave this review. We wanted to purchase a high end window to start with the idea of doing our whole house shortly after. We were ready to buy and pay. We had a few questions but simply couldn’t get a straight answer to a question we had about noise reduction. After we asked the same question twice we just stopped hearing from them. We sent three reminder emails - all which went unanswered. Will have to go with another company since this one proved to be unresponsive.

Sadly I had to change my review. This place may offer a discount product and very fast service, but be aware that they are not looking out for what will pass building inspection. Any savings we had buying windows through them was wiped out because we had to replace a perfectly good window after installation because it was rejected by Clackamas county. This was a big disappointment because we had shared the building plans and labeled each window as to what room it would go in. Our expectation may have been too high. We just thought they knew building regulations. Photo shows the window they sold us for a bedroom. Seemed fine to us, but regulations stipulate the sliders cannot be less than 20 in wide.

Promised delivery within one week to ten days. 5 weeks later I still get the same message "it's suppose to be on the truck today, We will call you" They have never called me back. I will never do business here again. Do not recommend. Their discount does not even come close to cover the cost associated with the delivery delay that we have to pay our contractor because of their failure to deliver.

We ordered a door and asked for the door how we wanted multiple times and was very clear that the client was on a budget already and was already worried about money and contractors know when clients start to worry about money they become a headache and we get the door and it is wrong and what they said was sorry but it has to be re-ordered again and it had to be paid again not owning up to their mistake. I should have listened to friends that are contractors who have had issues with this company as well. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
