Just wrapping up the first day of having all of our window replaced…. Wow, just wow. Better than we thought it would be. Already quieter. This patio door says it all. Can’t wait to finish up tomorrow!!
Update: After the install…..
1. We hoped to get a more consistent temperature in the house without the Central Air and Heat running at all times…. The first night it looks like it dropped only 3’. Unreal.
2. We also hoped we wouldn’t hear all the outside noise like usual…. I cannot explain how tight and secure it feels in here now. The wife even commented that it felt safer as well as more secure. The quiet inside the house now OSs amazing.
3. Two sliding doors were installed as well. So much easier to open and close now. With such a huge door and all the glass…. No drop in temperature right next to it…. JUST like the Sales guy Scott told me would happen!!!
4. The outside of the house likes so different and updated by the windows, the trim, and the over all consistent look of the windows and screens.
5. There are inscribed logos in all of the lower right corners of the windows…. I know I bought quality and cannot wait to show everyone how great they look inside and out.
6. I cannot believe how little has to be done inside the house… the installers did so good with all the plastic and protection for the pond, plants and my yard. Wow.
Now we really have to paint!!!!

Just got all my old windows replaced and I couldn't be happier! They estimated a few months lead time but ended up getting everything early. The install went perfect, no surprises. I just planted a new garden on two sides of my house and the installers worked carefully around it. The house was instantly quieter with the new windows in. Worth it!

Great service by all team members. We received our windows much faster than we had expected. The installation team was punctual, respectful of our home and provided cleanup when done. What a difference the windows have made in our home already. Would highly recommend Andersen Windows.

Bad caulking I found around my windows that I had installed last fall 2023!
Love the windows but there customer service and installation sucks!!

We were extremely pleased with the service we received. The craftsmanship is stellar. Leo and Victor have a strong work ethic and are master crafters at their trade.
The quality of the windows is better than we expected. We would recommend this company to anyone who needs to replace or purchase new windows!

Had recently all our 22-year old vinyl windows replaced with top of the line windows from Renewal by Andersen. Eight windows and one patio door. We opted for double hung bay windows (small side windows) and the main window as a pucture window. Our other winows were slider types where you can open the left part or the right part or open both sides half way. What a difference! This is a fantastic company with great sales people, window installers, support people. In contact with me from start to finish preparing me for each step. What a great company. Yes they are a bit pricier than vinyl windows but in the long run well worth it. I can highly recommend Renewal by Andersen!

The workers on Peter and Poulo's team (W21) were astonishingly well-organized and coordinated. The job was executed extremely fast and with unbelievable attention to detail. The number / size of the windows were all planned out in advance, so that when they arrived they cordoned off work areas and efficiently staged their tasks. Absolutely fantastic work - don't settle for anything less than Andersen, and ask for the W21 team.

The absolute best team ever. Started with Joel Marten demonstrating the beauty of the product. I wanted a bay window and I got the most beautiful workmanship ever. The installation team of Ismael, Juan, and Chino was like watching a well oiled machine. They showed up on time. They were very clean and tidy about both inside and outside work. Above and beyond. When I order the next windows thru Joel, I want the Ismael, Chino, Juan team to install them. I am supremely pleased with my white oak interior, super beautifully detailed bay window. The construction of the home we designed was just completed prior to our first winter getting to live in it.
We fell in love with the property in WA we purchased because of the views from 1,500 feet, to the east of Mt. Hood and a tree-lined valley, and to the west of the expansive Columbia River and Oregon on the west side of it.
One of the driving motivations in the designing of our home was the goal of capturing as many of the views from inside as possible with as many windows that would match our architectural design.
During the winter storms that brought sustained high winds and driving rain, we realized we had chosen windows and doors for our home that would not withstand the force of the high winds.
After reaching out to Renewal by Andersen, we had their top design consultant, Jim Serra, come to our home.
Jim was on-time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable in every aspect of design, window and door construction, wind rating, and features of the Andersen products that would provide a solution to the wind related issues we had been experiencing with our existing windows.
We decided to replace all 38 of our windows, our two sets of glass French doors, a separate glass door to the patio, and a sliding glass door for the upstairs deck.
We are thankful for Jim’s astute assessment of the problems we had been having with our original windows and his presentation of how the windows and doors from Renewal by Andersen would not only solve the technical issues but also add beauty and value to our home.
The installation of our windows was completed in the amount of days that had been scheduled. The installation crew was fantastic. They put in a full days’ work each day, they were respectful of us and our home, and they were highly experienced and took pride in their work.
If you’re ready to upgrade your windows and / or doors, there’s no one my wife and I would recommend other than Renewal by Andersen and their top design consultant, Jim Serra.
