We just had these folks do some work for our daughter's home that experienced an exterior faucet than had developed a leak into the home. We contacted them with the issue just a few days ago and they arrived today to solve the problem. Adam was the plumber who did the work and he did a great job. Quick, courteous, efficient, and explained everything that he was doing from start to finish. He's a good one and a credit to the firm - we'll continue using them based on what they've done for us here and in the past.
I recently had an outstanding experience with Central Oregon Heating and Cooling that I feel compelled to share. When I called them about a part that needed to be replaced on my old HVAC unit, they informed me that they no longer carry the part. However, instead of leaving me out to dry, their team went above and beyond.
They provided expert advice and offered a technical solution that not only worked well but also looks great. Their professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out. What amazed me the most was that they didn't charge me for this service. Their altruistic approach and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.
I highly recommend Central Oregon Heating and Cooling for their professionalism, expertise, and genuinely caring attitude. They have earned my trust and future business.

Richard G. arrived in 102 degree temperature to inspect, fix a leak, and recharge refrigerant into my heat pump. Even in this extreme temperature and pressure to complete all the job assignments, he remained polite and informative-completing the job quickly and at a good price.

Collin spent as much time as was necessary to diagnose the problem, and found issues relating to all the heads, which he fixed. He
Cleaned all filters which were contributing to the initial problem and discovered a possible leak in the east side outdoor unit. He put more refrigerant in the unit and now works well. We would highly recommend Central Oregon Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. The tech (Collin), was knowledgeable and communicated the remedies and provided much needed information for maintenance of the system?

From my first phone call to Central Oregon Heating and Cooling I was greeted very warmly and they were able to promptly pull up my information from a purchase I made with them a year ago. I was able to ask questions, schedule an appointment, and get a technician out in a timely manner. The technician was not pushy with any sales gimmicks, just told it to me straight what was going on with my heater and AC unit. Very pleased with my experience from start to finish!

I consistently have the best experience with CO Heating. My most recent is with Lauretta in their electrical division. She was able to schedule an electrician on two separate occasions with very little notice! In both cases, their communication was great, they were timely, the electrical assessment/work was appropriate and pricing was fair. If you need help with heating, cooling, plumbing or electrical give them a call!

Our experience with Central Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing was a great one! They were able to get us an appointment very quickly! Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We felt they were very reasonable and we wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future!

I was very pleased with the service. They were fast in scheduling a free estimate on my furnace situation and following up the next day on the installation. Both the estimate and installation appt’s were completed professionally, politely and efficiently. I was given options for payment that worked with my monetary situation. Thank you for a great job completed.
