They took care of the permits, showed up when they said they would and finished before their estimated completion date. The crew of workers could not have been more pleasant. I had roof leaks after our winter storm of 16-17 ; so I decided to call several roofing companies. Central Oregon Roofing happened to be one of these companies. I will say out of the 3 called they were the ones with the most professional quote and visit. Although, they were not the cheapest or most expensive quote from onset they were prepared. We put our deposit down and waited due to large back log. By December 2017 we had our new roof . The crew was awesome! We have cameras installed outside and they never cussed or said anything inappropriate. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure I was okay with what and where things were left. I would definitely use these guys again .

While those frustrations were legitimate at the time, the team at Central Oregon Roofing has definitely earned this updated review. My frustrations and concerns were listened and attended to with understanding and accommodation. A repair and the necessary follow-up communication was handled efficiently and with excellent customer service. With the experience that I have had with Central Oregon Roofing, especially with how they work with an unhappy client, I would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again in the future. Central Oregon Roofing has proven itself to be a company of integrity and with much-deserved pride in their work and expertise. All materials arrived exactly as specified in our agreement. Crew started work one day late due to a weather delay but worked every day until the job was done. The crew foreman was personable, polite, and patient and a great representative for his company. He explained the roofing process, provided updates, responded to my concerns and had no problems with my presence on the roof inspecting the work. I am not a roofer but as near as I can tell the roof was installed correctly, usually carefully, and I expect no leaks or warranty issues. I am rating my experience as a four star because the crew had no backup equipment in the event a nailer or compressor went down. Additionally, one of the tools needed, a circular saw, was extremely old creating completely avoidable problems that needlessly delayed completion of the project.
