When our washing machine started taking much longer than normal to complete a cycle, Dennis from Appliance Hospital came out to take a look at it. He was professional and friendly, and had the problem seemingly diagnosed within an hour.

We needed some time to think about whether we wanted to make the repair, and Appliance Hospital was understanding and generous. When we did decide to move forward with it, Dennis came back to install the new parts… only to find that there was a deeper, more expensive underlying issue. Because this was all considered part of the initial service call, and the issue hadn't been fixed, we weren't charged extra for the time.

The professionalism and integrity from Appliance Hospital really impressed us. Even though the issue turned out to be too expensive to repair, Dennis was friendly, informative, and a pleasure to work with.

Technician was able to determine problems but parts had to be ordered. Once parts arrived technician made repairs and was able to use one of the original parts not having to use replacement thus saving me money.

Doug from Appliance hospital did a great job diagnosing the problem on our Wolf oven, worked through the options for repair and returned a week and a half later to fix the issue with the appropriate parts. No surprises and everything went as planned, along with confirming the temperatures were accurate. Highly recommend!

Just purchased a new range. This was a big expense for me. Oven took 1.5 hrs to preheat. Under warranty, Don came over and assessed the issue with a tech from Frigidaire. Stayed till 7pm to get it done. Got into the guts of it, found wires pinched, performed surgery to fix em, reassembled, problem solved. He was cool, friendly, respectful, clean.
