This was my first time calling Bogard for a dishwasher that wasn’t draining. Bogard was professional and knowledgeable. He was efficient and thorough with the repairs and spent extra time teaching me how to best avoid future mechanical issues with proper care. Reasonably priced and I definitively recommend Bogard Appliance for all your home appliance needs!

Bogard & Jesse are truly top notch! Professional, kind, communicative & good people! Bogard fixed my dishwasher, ice maker and helped me locate a new stove for my house and he delivered it and installed it made sure everything was in great order. We scheduled repair for our Samsung ice maker to be repaired and after several tries, due to weather, he stopped to fix it during an ice storm. So nice to hear ice dropping again! Would definitely recommend him for repairs. I also want to mention the communication was excellent! Number 1 in my book!

I had a LG washing machine just quit. I called Bogard Appliances and I was scheduled for a repair. Bogard and his assistant fixed the washing machine in a timely manner. Not two days later, my LG refrigerator stopped making ice and the freezer had frost. So, I scheduled Bogard again. He came on a Friday, worked for a couple of hours and hopefully, it was fixed. By Saturday morning, I knew things weren't working as we didn't have ice nor water dispensing. I called Bogard again and he came Mobday evening to repair the refrigerator. I can say, the refrigerator is fixed and I'm so thankful I called Bogard Appliances. If you have an LG appliance, he's THE ONLY ONE to call.

Bogard was the only technician in Salem who was happy to say, “Yes, we can repair your LG fridge”. I had called 9 other places before finding him on a recommendation. He was prompt, HONEST, and EFFICIENT! Very knowledgeable about appliances and reasonable pricing for his skill level. I am confident that the repair was done properly and I will call him again, anytime I have an appliance that needs repair. He fixes all of them! Thank you, Bogard!

We have used Bogard on a few occasions and very happy with his service and pricing. You want someone who has experience and knows what they are doing and you can tell Bogard is the best. We had a small issue with a repair but he came right back out to troubleshoot the problem until he made it right. Sometimes difficult to reach someone on the phone, but leave a voicemail and they will return your call. We don't plan to use anyone else.
