Joe Repasky is amazing to work with. He is definitely one of the “above and beyond” salesman that is hard to find these days. We were looking for a very specific tub and he did everything he could to help us. Very upbeat and happy to help. Would definitely come here again for any future remodels!
I was referred to Saffron by our local Ace Hardware. After many stops to Ace and to Home Depot trying to figure out the correct parts I was told I needed (and all failed), Saffron PUT together and created something for me on the SPOT and had it ready in just a few minutes. I came home expecting to fail again but didn’t! The replacement part was exactly what I needed. Wish I had heard about them sooner. They will now be my first stop for any project. Thank you so much!!

Parking is close to the door, and the counter is near inside. I love being able to get friendly help within seconds of parking the car. When I bought a relief valve for the water heater, it proved to be a little short. Their solution was a close nipple and coupler made of brass, no charge, so I'm completely satisfied with these guys.

Initial work was to troubleshoot electrical problem (bad circuit breaker) then add Big Blue filter to system and booster pump for more pressure. Unfortunately the 400 ft deep pump gave out (21 years old). Not easy pulling the pump because of messed up 4” casing (bent or something) and then unable to drop the new pump. Had to change to a 3” pump which they drove to Tacoma for. The hours they spent were lengthy to say the least but the end result was fantastic and the bill was beyond fair. Won’t use anyone else. When we had a broken pipe due to extreme weather, I tried calling every plumber in town and any plumber from the surrounding area, they ALL where booked up for days and we would be out of water to the whole house, one call to Saffron and I had someone come out within the hour, and diagnosed the issue He then sent out a crew by the afternoon, and we had our water back. Great job guys, keep up the great service ?
