We've used Lefty's three times for repairs on our 100-year-old home and they've been fantastic every time! Recently, we had a water leak on a Friday afternoon and even though they didn't have an opening, the receptionist told us she see if they could fit us in at the end of the day, which they did. Their plumbers are professional, efficient, and polite. They also leave the repair area very clean which we really appreciate. Highly recommend them!
Top notch customer service from the first call for an estimate to paying the technician after he quickly and expertly replaced a frost-free hose bib. Many plumbers charge for an estimate; these folks did not and came prepared to do the job right on the spot if I accepted the price (which was HALF that of a previous estimate I had gotten from one of the bigger players in the Salem market). They prepared by asking me to text them photos/videos of the problem (smart - they brought the right parts they would need). PLUS... when you call them, a real, live person answers the phone. It didn't go to some individual's cell phone where you're invariably asked to leave a voicemail message. I made a call, made an appointment, and two days later I can finally use the hose in the front of our house. Thank you!

They installed a new toilet and a bidet seat. The communication was great before the visit and they were able to get exactly the toilet I wanted within a couple of days. The tech arrived on time and was friendly and got everything done as we wanted, except the new toilet tank was noticeably not level side to side. I pointed this out to the tech and he tightened the bolt on the higher side but that didn't really help. After he left I loosened the bolt on the lower side a bit and that fixed it. The price was reasonable to me - $800 for a new toilet (a fancier than usual model), removal of the old toilet, replacement of the shutoff valve, and installation of toilet and bidet. Overall I would use them again.

Had two outdoor spigot/bibs replaced. On time, affordable, efficient, and quality work. I went from plumber to plumber until I found Lefty’s. New customer for life!
Ryan was friendly and professional. He worked efficiently and did great work (as far as my untrained eye could tell). He cleaned up wis work area and seemed to genuinely enjoy his work. I think that says a lot about the company, too.
The office staff was also very friendly and helpful when I called for an estimate.

After a city utilities worker came by my house today and said the city’s automated system had detected a leak between the house and the water meter, I was quite worried that I’d be having a very expensive water line repair bill in the near future. I called Lefty’s for help, and Josiah came by within an hour and found that my front yard water faucet was running, which I was unaware of, and which fixed the problem right away. I really appreciate the quick response as well as the good news, and I will definitely be calling on Lefty’s from now on!

Leftys Plumbing was the best choice we made for our plumbing needs. Ashley squeaked us in and Ryan did an amazing job of identifying and fixing our pipe/sink issues and was very friendly and professional along the way. Ryan was the tech and he is an absolute gem. He was polite, identified and repaired the problem, cleaned up, answered all of my questions and went on his way. Easy breezy! Highly recommend.
